Graduation trip

We traveled from 3 different states to attend our daughter's doctorate degree graduation from the University of KY. The house and the property were incredible! The house was spacious and comfortable- the sunroom was our go-to place for coffee every morning, as we watched the mares and foals in the pastures. The property is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The property owner was very responsive. Everything was just perfect!

April in Lexington

The property was great for us. Plenty of room for 7 adults. The sunroom was a big hit. The location was a bit out of the way but having a place we could all be together that was in our budget was worth any additional drive time.

Fantastic Rental

Rented for the weekend with another family for a weekend trip to Keeneland and we had a great time. House had everything we needed, plenty of room outside for the kids to run around, and enjoyed an amazing sunset Saturday evening on the back patio. Highly recommend!

Retired Race horse Project

Excellent house about 20 minutes scenic drive to the Kentucky Horse Park! Some pantry supplies and a well stocked kitchen to cook. Space for everyone to spread out. Washer and dryer are an excellent touch. Hope to be back next year
