OUR 1-BEDROOM APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY. WITH AIR CONDITIONING AND INTERNET.
THE COMFORTABLY FURNISHED LIVING AREA WITH THE LARGE SLEEPING SOFA (1.40x1.95m), THE LARGE TELEVISION AND THE AIR CONDITIONING INVITES YOU TO RELAX AND RELAX. AND FROM THE DINING AREA YOU HAVE A RELAXED VIEW OF THE COMMUNITY GARDEN AND OF THE BEACH AND SEA. THE KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY FOR 2-4 PEOPLE. THE BATHROOM HAS A LARGE SHOWER AND ALSO OFFERS Sufficient SPACE TO KEEP YOU IN THE WAY.

THE PROMENADE HAS A LOT OF COZY RESTAURANTS, BARS AND CAFES THAT OFFER A WIDE RANGE OF FOOD.
THE SUPERMARKETS ALDI AND LIDL ARE ALSO IMMEDIATELY CLOSE AND THE SUPERMARKETS SUPERSOL AND MERCADONA ARE ALSO RIGHT TO EASILY ACCESS. VERY CLOSE TO THE MAIN BUS STATION TO COME WITHOUT CAR EXCURSIONS.

El apartamento venía equipado con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Toallas, tostador, tappers. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores y muy atentos. Respondían casi inmediatamente a los mensajes. La television se rompió el mismo dia de la llegada que era festivo. Esa misma tarde teníamos una nueva instalada. Por poner un pequeño pero, el aire acondicionado tiene instalado un interruptor manual con auto apagado a las 2 horas que te obliga a levantarte y volver a encenderlo. Es un poco incómodo por las noches porque te despiertas con calor.

La tele ya tiene 50 pulgadas, un poquito mas pequeño que el viejo, pero pensamos esta bien. El aire acondicionador tiene el autoapagado de 4 horas en el dormidorio y en el salon de 2 horas. Se puede cambiar con el mando.

Superschönes, empfehlenswertes Appartement

Dieses saubere und gemütliche Appartement liegt sehr nahe am Meer bzw. Badestrand/Pool. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie diverse Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Küche ist mit allem was man für einen Urlaub (auch Langzeiturlaub) braucht ausgestattet, einschl. Mikrowelle. Das großzügige Bad ist mit einer bodengleichen Dusche und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Bügeleisen und -brett sind vorhanden. Im Wohn- Esszimmer gibt es ein großes Satelitten-TV mit deutschen Sendern. Vom Essbereich hat man einen wunderschönen Blick zum Meer. Im separaten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein sehr bequemes Bett mit getrennten Matrazen. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Mai 2023 für 5 Wochen gemietet und konnten uns sehr gut entspannen, auch weil die Umgebung sehr ruhig ist und wir nicht durch Lärm o.ä. gestört wurden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Sie war uns bei der Taxi-Bestellung zum Flughafen behilflich und hat uns einen sehr pünktlichen und zuverlässigen Taxifahrer gebucht. Wenn unsere Gesundheit es zulässt, werden wir auf alle Fälle nächstes Jahr wieder nach Torrox Costa kommen und dieses Appartement mieten.

Tolle und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Es war absolut sauber und in perfektem Zustand. Der Strand ist leicht und schnell erreichbar. Ein Gemeinschaftspool ist gepflegt und direkt um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Wir waren begeistert und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Die Bilder in der Beschreibung stimmen überein

Leider ist das Haus in dem sich die Wohnung befindet sehr hellhörig. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung selbst sehr schön und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Hier in Spanien sind die Wohnanlagen immer etwas hellhörig. Da in diesem Fall ausgerechnet die Feriengäste über unserer Wohnung lauter waren, tut mir sehr leid. Ich hatte ja dann die Vermieteragentur dieser Wohnung gebeten zu reagieren. Bitte das nächste Mal früher bescheid geben.Ansonsten hatten wir vorher diesbezüglich keine Reklamationen wegen Lärmbelästigung.

First rate apartment

I’ve stayed in many apartments through letting sites but rarely one which offered such great value for money at a really great price. The apartment itself was in a great location close to the beach, promenade and bars & restaurants. The decor of the apartment was first class - really modern throughout. Special praise for the host who was both friendly and responsive quickly to any enquiries. Highly recommend this apartment

El piso es prácticamente de lujo. Cerca de la playa, a 5 minutos a pie. Tiene electrodomésticos nuevos o casi. Todo funcionando bien. Cama de matrimonio cómoda y sofá cama igual. Gran pantalla TV y wifi. Los dos a/c funcionan bien aunque cada 2/3 horas se apagan (temporizador) y no tienen mando, hay que levantarse para encender. El tendedero de ropa es interior y cuesta algo secar la ropa. En general estuvo todo muy bien!!!

Madame Garcia est splendide et trés gentille et surtout ponctuelle, tout ce qu'elle a écrit sur l'annonce, on l'a trouvé à 100%, propreté irréprochable, appartement ensoleillé et meublé neuf, lit confotable, vue agréable, cuisine équipée, climatiseur, wifi, séche cheveux, fer à repasser, chaises de plage, parasol, glaciére, serviettes, pas besoin de circuler en voiture, tout est proche de l'appartement : la mer, restaurants, supermarchés, station de bus . Parking facile avec une carte donner par la propriétaire, cartes d'accés à la piscine de la résidence. Nous avons passé un bon séjour , je le recommande à tous les gens qui veulent visiter Torrox Costa et ses environs. Vous n'allez pas regrétter.
