Private: property 650 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Available: bicycles (4). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 7.6 km, pebble beach 14 km. Tennis 14 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Youth groups are not allowed.

Exit to the terrace. Forced-air heating. Terrace 40 m2, roofed terrace 5 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
