This property is beyond stunning and the team is so great at communicating. The property is filled with beautiful greenery and the patios are great for enjoying a morning coffee with a wonderful lake view or having dinner with the family as the sun sets. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area!

Nuevo Arenal- Lake Arenal

Immaculate property with an amazing garden that extends to the lake. Very clean, well-kept and well-stocked. If you’re staying in the area, I can’t imagine finding a better place than this one. Private, secluded, yet convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The best stay ever in costa rice , my kids love the bird and the garden is so beautiful. You wake up with a beautiful sound of the birds and the person who takes care of the grounds is very helpful!!!!

4 Days in Arenal

Lake Arenal was one of our trip highlights thanks to Kirsten's hospitality and her amazing house! Great views and immersed with so many different types of wildlife! We enjoyed dinner at home prepared by a local chef on our first night - which set the bar high as we toured all around La Fortuna. Already planning our tripback here!

Villa in paradise!

This villa is just stunning. The house is beautiful, clean, and well appointed, and the gardens are amazing! The home had ample room for our family of six, and was a joy to come back to after a day of adventuring. Our only regret was not having more time just exploring the gardens and sitting on the beautiful decks overlooking Lake Arenal. We even saw a sloth in one of the trees, to our children’s delight.

Beautiful grounds

Beautiful property. We were there during a heat wave. The only AC is the attic room with 1 twin and 2 futon beds. It is a duplex, but it is huge. The garage is communal, but you have your own washer and dryer.

As beautiful as the pictures!

The grounds are gorgeous, beautifully maintained and so peaceful. You have views from every room and plenty of space for people to interact or have quiet time. The kitchen was well equipped and large enough for our big group. We enjoyed the house after long days of adventure in the LaFortuna area. The property manager was responsive to our questions prior to arrival which aided in our planning. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Paradise on Lake Arenal

The property is stunning. This was probably one of our best holidays ever. Teresa did everything possible to make our stay memorable. The only surprise was that we assumed the entire house was air conditioned however only one bedroom is. The large ceiling fans were helpful. We will book again

We have been renting Villa Corazon to international guests since several years and we our proud of our small town Nuevo Arenal. The perfect destination if you want to experience the real rural Costa Rica but still enjoy good restaurants and supermarkets where you can buy anything you need.

Why they chose this property

This property is simply unique. We haven't had one guest that arrived without having a jaw dropping reaction. The views and attention for detail of this property is simply amazing. This is what you envision when you think about a lush tropical luxury getaway!
