Large groups or parties are not allowed.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove trash from house and put in large trash bin under the carport. Close lid tightly to prevent animals from accessing trash.
Leave all dirty towels in the shower. We will strip the beds.
Please do not leave any food in the refrigerator or cupboards.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not park on the grass.
No food or drink in bedrooms.
Community amenities are available for our guests' use. No parties or large groups.
