Cape Cod location with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, well furnished for your comfort!

Excellent Cape Cod location with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, beautifully furnished for your comfort. Side deck with grill, large patio and a great backyard great for kids. This year we built a beautiful swimming pool, 14' x 32' which is equipped with water heating and a nice patio area around. Very nice neighbors and just behind the property there is a golf club. There is also a trail that crosses behind the backyard to walk and breathe the fresh air of nature. The first beach is a 16-minute driving called Craigville Beach. 8 minutes from Stop & Shop and 11 minutes from Mashpee Commons which is an outside mall where you can find many restaurants, bakery, Chinese food, liquor store and more.

Absolutely AMAZING Spot!

The house is huge, the kitchen appliances are modern, there’s a hot tub / pool and huge backyard, there’s PLENTY of driveway parking ……Bryan is an excellent communicator and we were able to use plenty of beach chairs and beach towels and bath towels that can with the property This was such a steal, and our group absolutely loved this place!!I would totally come back here again!!

The house was big enough to fit my entire family. Very clean and we ended up staying at the house almost the entire time playing in the pool and enjoying the nice yard and fire pit.

Great house

Lots of room for everyone to be together. Open kitchen and living room was perfect for people to hang out in. Owner is very responsive to all questions before we arrived and while we were there for the week. New in-ground pool was amazing!! Highly recommend.

Family Thanksgiving

The property has very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Having 4 bathrooms was definitely a plus. The kitchen was well equipped. We were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner for the entire group. The property manager responded in a timely manner when we messaged him. Would highly recommend this property.

Annual Family Vacation

The property is lovely and in a great location on the Cape. We were told there were problems with the dishwasher, and that a new one was ordered and installed after our visit. We visited all up and down Cape and MV, Nantucket. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Would have loved water view. Very well stocked.

Better than the pictures

The house was perfect! We had a large group and there was ample space for everyone. The pictures do not do the place justice it’s better than the listing! The pool and outside space are so wonderful, the kitchen was stocked better than most rentals we’ve stayed in, the place was clean and all around great for our group. Communication with Bryan was easy and was awesome to check in early to get some extra pool time in! Would highly recommend

Fabulous Family Fun

If you want family down time, this is your place. Beautifully decorated, maintained and ambiance. We were a group from 75 to 4 months and the house worked for us all, three families in total. Groceries and restaurants are all within 15 minutes. If you bike, hike, walk or run all you have to do is open the front door and go. If you want trails and nature there are numerous with in a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. All I can say is if you pick this location you will be a happy vacationer.

Great house for a family vacation.

The house had all the amenities of home. Perfect size for a large family. Large patio and great yard for kids to play. Beaches and shopping approximately 10- 20 minutes away. The property owner was wonderful to deal with, he handled a few issues very quickly. Overall a great place to stay down the Cape.
