This house was amazing! It was right across the street from the beach so less than a minute to walk out the door and be out on the sand! There were two restaurants that were right down the street from the house that we could easily walk to (The Barnacle and Fruit and Flavor). They were great spots for any meal of the day. Our group had 3 families (11 people total) and there was so much space. We didn’t even use one of the beds. Just a heads up - units A, C, and D all had direct indoor access to the main shared living space. Unit B was upstairs and the private entrance to that unit was only accessible by going outside. All units do have separate entrances as well. We were so comfortable with 3 families and we could have easily added another smaller family to the group. The place was clean and well maintained with so much cape cod charm. We really enjoyed our stay!
