About the host

If you’ve made it here, thank you! My husband and I are Canadian. We came to visit NY 12 years ago and fell in love with the city. Two years later, we moved to NYC with a 2 year plan to work, eat, play and frolic - this year (2021) is our 10th year! :). We now have 2 small boys and call Brooklyn, home.
We bought Pink Hill as a special getaway for us and our family in Toronto for when they visit. We love this home - the fawns, rabbits, lots of different chirping birds and SPACE to run around. We are happy you found us - we hope you have a relaxing stay here with your loved ones.
Welcome!

Why they chose this property
What we love about our cottage and town:
Convenient yet private. It is close to everything we could want in a whim. Uptown Kingston has grown up to come become an it spot for locals and city expats alike. The Stockade district is a mere 7 mins from us and it is lined with bars, coffee shops, restaurant, shopping, farmers market and more! New Paltz, Woodstock and Kerhonkson are about 20 mins away - local hangout spots, farms and hiking are abundant. This cottage is the perfect size for us to gather with our family and friends. So much space inside the house and 2 difference zones allow for some extra sleep, alone time or playing together. We love the cozy fire places especially after a long ski day, the living room allows us to pile together comfortably for a good movie. We've turned the outdoor area into our dream vibe: lounge near the pool during endless summer days, al fresco dining, roast marshmallows and share memories.
