Cleaning fee does not include debris left on the patio of grill cleaning please make sure patio is picked up and grill is ready for next guests.

Perfect place!

Everything was great for a stay with a group of 6 friends. Convenient location- short walk to everything. Place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great Place at a Great Location

I had an amazing stay at this VRBO property! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. The home was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to explore the area with ease!

It was a real cute home. When we went thr temperature was in the mid 80s and humid. Unfortunately the air conditioning was under repair. So it was uncomfortable to sleep. Bug I guess things happen. Overall it was nice

Amazing few days at OOB

My family and family friends just stayed at this property for our first of many summer traditions. The house was beautiful and friendly for all ages. We brought 3 toddlers and the location was amazing for the beach and carnival. The rooms upstairs were awesome for the kids and allowed the parents to have some fun friend time for after their bedtime. The kitchen is updated and wonderfully functional for lobster dinners and more and the AC works perfectly (I saw some previous reviews stating otherwise but we were cold at some points!). I would highly recommend. The house we stayed in is one of the nicest on the street and the neighbors were very friendly- it was pretty wonderful having a number of convenience stores within walking distance also- let alone a New Mexican restaurant with amazing margaritas and a farmers market/lobster stand at the end of the road. The hosts were so great to work with (super flexible- we actually had to change the dates of our stay once and super responsive when we messaged with questions) and the check in/check out instructions were a breeze! It’ll be a stay that will be in our hearts for a long time!

C'était très bien, mais pas parfait...

Nous étions 8 personnes : 3 parents, 2 jeunes adultes et 3 adolescents. Ce qui était bien : - Près de la plage et de toutes les activités. - Lits et mobilier de salon confortables. - Nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait pour cuisiner (accessoires de bases). - Propreté. Ce qui pourrait être amélioré : - L'annonce indique "10 personnes" mais il n'est pas possible de tous manger ensemble car il n'y a pas assez de chaises, et la table est trop petite pour asseoir 10 personnes autours. - Remplacer les lits simples par des lits doubles. - Rendre accessible une prise de courant extérieure pour pouvoir brancher une voiture électrique. Un borne de recharge niveau 2 serait l'idéale (même avec un coût d'utilisation). - Un "check-in" à 14h00 sans frais supplémentaires serait l'idéal. Et le prix de location? Si vous ne voulez pas utiliser votre voiture durant votre séjours, on peut dire que ça vaut le prix payé. Par contre, si ça ne vous dérange pas d'utiliser votre voiture et de payer du stationnement (et surtout de tourner en rond pour en trouver un près de la plage), alors là, avec un peu de recherche, on peut trouver mieux à moins cher. Dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié notre séjours dans ce "Beach house", et il est fort probable qu'on le loue à nouveau lors d'un prochain séjours à Old Orchard Beach, surtout si Justin et Danielle tiennent compte de nos propositions d'amélioration ;-)
