Our Cudjoe key home is only 23 miles from Key West. The swimmable canal has direct access to Cudjoe bay which is only 200 yards away. You can boat into the Atlantic or Gulf of Mexico within minutes. Our home has a new kitchen (fully stocked for large families), new floors, and a large outdoor patio upstairs. Our home also includes a walk around deck. Downstairs there is a chest freezer, commercial ice machine, bait freezer and extra fridge. Two hole putting green next to dock (putters and balls included). Two (2 person kayaks) and 3 bikes. After a day of boating/swimming rinse off in our outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Great restaurants are just minutes away or drive a few miles into Key West. The location is absolutely perfect.

My husband and I purchased this property a few years back. Since purchasing the property we have made lots of upgrades and changes to accommodate our family of 6. We enjoy this home and have made tons of memories here. As a native Floridian I have enjoyed Cudjoe key for the past 40 years.
Why they chose this property
It doesn't get any better than Cudjoe key! Boating is super easy from our home. The canal leads directly to Cudjoe Bay. Looe key is close for a snorkeling trip, Marvin and Snipe key are great for family fun island days. Fishing is just minutes away in the Gulf or Atlantic. If you would like a night on the town there is no place more fun than Key West. There are also great restaurants within a mile from our home...Square Grouper is famous for their amazing entrees or go upstairs to "My second joint" for appetizers drinks and music. The local grocery store is only 12 minutes away or if you need something quicker there is a small convenient store just 2 miles away.
What makes this property unique
When you sit on our large porch upstairs there is a family of turtles that swim behind our home. It's so tranquil watching them while enjoying happy hour or just laying in our hammock while reading a book.
