About this property

This home would be the perfect vacation spot for a small family or a group of friends. There are plenty of fun restaurants, tiki bars and even the southern most point of the United States, within a short drive from our home. Bring your own kayaks or motor boat for some fun in the water (this home has a sea wall that you can dock at, but you must bring your own bumpers and mooring)

We allow up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $150.00. You can add a third animal for another $50 fee. Our homes will only accommodate up to 3 pets, per reservation.

TV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. It is a Roku device which does have the Roku channel for some free tv.

There are 3 beds and a sleeper sofa in the Livingroom to accommodate 8 guests. There is an outdoor shower by the picnic table and an another restroom in the garage.

To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures by blocking off 24 hours before and after a guest has stayed in the home.

Great Recharge Location

Our stay here was outstanding! One of the rare times where you get more that you expected. We had access to freezers in the basement so we could keep all of our fish fresh. Tammy was extremely quick with an answer to any question we had. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect for us.

Really enjoyed our stay. I was able to work from the keys while escaping the Iowa winter! Great house in a perfect location. We would definitely rent again.

A marvelous winter escape

My wife and I spent 4 weeks in this house. We had a wonderful visit. The house was very clean and comfortable and the appliances, lamps, bed, shower were all first rate. We loved the Ninja coffee pot and we will buy one soon. The TV in the living room was the biggest one I’ve ever seen. Communications with Tammy and Peter were easy and helpful. The location was perfect-on the canal and very quiet. And it was near everything we wanted to do (paddle in our kayaks, beaches, fish and snorkeling). Key West was always fun. All in all it was one of our best vacation. We recommend it highly.

Great Place

Perfect location between Cudjoe and Summerland Key. Venture Out is 30 seconds away to gas up boat. Outdoor shower was wonderful. Perfect house for myself, wife, son, and dog.
