Holiday house with private pool, barbecue and garden near to the beach and town, with aircon, for 4 persons Small but very nice- this is best way to describe this beatiful holiday home.
It has everything that a small family could need: a fenced private pool (3x4m) a lovely terrace and a garden. The bedrooms are spacious and the small living room has air conditioner.
“Casa Bermúdez” is located between Conil and Roche Viejo. Only 800m from the house is a large supermarket and some restaurantes can also be found in a short distance.

- 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds
- bathroom with a shower
- Open kitchen with refrigerator, oven, gas hob, washing machine, coffee etc. and all necessary kitchen utensils
- Small living room with sofa bed (for 1-2 people), air conditioning, TV with Spanish channels, satellite TV on request

Schöne Unterkunft als Basis für Ausflüge in die Umgegend

Wir hatten hier ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Urlaubszuhause und konnten von hier sehr einfach viele schöne Ausflugsziele erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Unsere Woche im Casa Conil

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und wir hatten dort entspannte Tage. auf der kleinen Frühstücksterrasse vor dem Haus wie am kleinen Pool hinter dem Haus. Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und die Küche ist zufriedenstellen ausgestattet. Wissen sollte man allerdings, dass man in die Toilette kein Papier werfen darf - in Spanien nicht unüblich, allerdings haben wir diese Erfahrung nach zahlreichen Spanienurlauben mit Ferienhäusern und -Wohnungen erstmals gemacht. Insgesamt waren wir aber wirklich zufrieden!

Séjour parfait à Conil

Maison qui correspond exactement à la description. Bien équipée,très propre, nous sommes restés deux semaines. Avons beaucoup apprécié l extérieur, la piscine. Nos deux chiens ont été bien accueillis,le jardin bien clôturé, parfait pour eux. Miguel a été très accueillant,est venu directement quand on l a appelé pour un petit souci,qu il a résolu rapidement.La maison est bien située pour visiter Cadix Séville Tarifa... Les plages de Conil magnifiques,peu de monde en septembre.Tout a été parfait. Nous recommandons cette location.

Es una urbanización tranquila a las afueras de Conil, que tiene cerca gasolineras y supermercados. La casa tiene todas las comodidades, es espaciosa, ordenada... además estaba súper limpia. Miguel es un encanto y siempre ha estado disponible para cualquier cosa. Lo mejor, la zona de la piscina, que estaba increíblemente limpia y es una maravilla para descansar. Y aunque no la he usado, tiene una zona de bbq muy chula. Un 10!

Estupenda estancia

Pasamos unas estupendas vacaciones en familia y con 2 perritas. La casa es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario: la piscina muy limpia, el aire acondicionado tan bien situado que refresca toda la casa y las instalaciones limpias y modernas. Tuvimos un problema con el pestillo de la verja de la piscina y el dueño lo arregló inmediatamente. El coche, familiar grande, entra justito dentro de la finca. Como único punto negativo que no tiene wifi y en estos tiempos es necesario para todo. Nos encantaría repetir
