4 bedroom/3.5 bath Colonial with 3300 sq feet. 1st floor master en-suite, separate sitting room with desk and Peloton and full bath. 2nd Master with full bath on second level. There are 2 additional spacious bedrooms & full bath on the Second Floor. Central air and 1st floor laundry. Centrally located close to beaches in Yarmouth AND Dennis. During low tide take a kayak a very short distance to the sandbar in the middle of Bass River where you can hang out and kids can play in the shallow water. Less than 3 miles from Mayflower, west Dennis, smugglers,. 2 miles or less from mini golf, inflatable park, go carts and batting cages. Launch a kayak, fish or swim from neighborhood dock ON Bass River which also includes a small beach area great for kids. Launch your boat from Wilbur park .4 miles from house. Cape Cod Rail Trail is at the end of neighborhood. Blue Rock Golf course . Kayaks, ping pong table, bocce, Corn Hole, Fuzzball, outdoor basketball hoop. To much to mention it all! Outdoor shower coming spring 2023. One pet may be considered but should be disclosed at time of booking. P

Great last vacation before school starts

The house was very clean and well decorated and has so much space! Beds are all very comfortable. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors saying hello while we walked our dog. We enjoyed the fire pit and the ping pong table and basketball hoop!

AMAZING!

Amazing house, location and host! We arrived to a thoughtful welcome bag. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Our family enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and room to relax as well as the wonderful outdoor space including the deck and fire pit. Just a short walk to launch kayaks and access the Cape Cod Rail Trail. So many great amenities to enjoy including ping pong, foosball, cornhole, spike ball, basketball, etc. Proximity to so many great beaches, restaurants and ice cream! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This place has it all!

After summering in Osterville with family since I was born and taking my family there, my husband and I decided to purchase our own home to continue the tradition with our family. We have just purchased the house this year and it had been recently renovated but we are enjoying putting on our own finishing touches. We have 3 boys so love scoping out areas to find fun things for us to do as a family and any friends that are visiting.

Why they chose this property

We LOVE Yarmouth and especially this area because it is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but so much going on within a short distance. This neighborhood also borders Dennis which has so many great beaches so we really feel like we have the best of both worlds. Living on the water has always been a dream of ours and although we area not on the water we area across the street with views of Bass River from our top floor. Kayaking and jumping of the neighborhood dock is just so much fun not to mention fishing from the dock. We just love it all

What makes this property unique

Neighborhood (small ) association beach as well as a dock you can fish off of. Use our Kayaks to get to the sandbar which is extremely close to the dock. We also have a swim matt you can tie up to the dock and play on. This is just in our neighborhood. My kids golf most afternoons at Blue Rock Landing for a discounted rate. Some of the best shopping, restaurants on the cape. Mini golf, bumper cars, batting cages and arcade are less than 2 miles away. Again we are renting our property at a very reasonable rate to get some reviews so take advantage of this huge house for a great rate.
