Public car park. Shop, grocery 160 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 40 m, café 50 m, pub garden 40 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1 km, ferry 750 m, sandy beach 250 m. Sports harbour, marina, surf school, sailing school 150 m. Nearby attractions: Castillo de Dénia 400 m, Puerto de Dénia 300 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The location was superb, and the accommodation was as good as we hoped. The area it is situated in was excellent and the local amenities very good indeed. The downside, not having outside attractive place to sit within the property

Parte del mobiliario debería ser mejorado o cambiado, lo que aumentaría el atractivo de la propiedad. También se echa en falta algún utensilio mas apto para el tipo de cocina de inducción. Se producen fallos frecuentes en la conexión de la antena de TV

Excelente ubicación
Una ubicación inmejorable a cinco minutos andando de la playa y diez de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. La principal pega son los colchones, han visto demasiado uso, sobretodo el de la habitación principal.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Cerca de la playa, a unos cinco minutos andando, al lado del puerto, al lado de las terrazas de la zona del puerto, pero eso no significa que haya ruido por la noche, al contrario, muy tranquilo. Está limpio y bien acondicionado. E., un encanto de mujer, que fue con quien tratamos de la oficina de Interhome en Denia, dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Por poner una pega, la nevera enfria lo justo.

Fantastische locatie
Deze accommodatie ligt nagenoeg in het bruisende centrum van Denia, is van alle gemakken voorzien en is netjes ingericht en schoon. Vanuit de woning loop je langs vele terrasjes en restaurants binnen 10 minuten naar het centrum waar je ook vele (tapas) restaurants kunt bezoeken. Ook het kasteel van Denia is te voet te bereiken. Het enige nadeel is het gebrek aan parkeerplekken, maar wij hadden meestal geluk en parkeerde vaak recht voor de deur.

Buena casa en el pueblo y cerca de la playa.
El tamaño de las habitaciones está bien y al tener aire acondicionado en todas ellas hace que puedas regular la temperatura independientemente. La mampara del cuarto de baño está un poco deteriorada y la vajilla es muy justa. Algunos recipientes para cocinar no eran adecuados a la cocina y nos los tuvieron que renovar pero hubo demora en ello ( 48 h desde que se comunicó la incidencia hasta que fuimos a recoger unos nuevos pues no los traían).
