Welcome to this amazing Palm Springs escape! You will enjoy a spacious open concept layout with beautiful pool and mountain views from your large balcony. This 2nd floor condo is well appointed with all the comforts of home. The large master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and desk. After enjoying all that Palm Springs has to offer, relax in the open main living area on the couch or in the den on a comfortable day bed. You will also find a nicely appointed balcony equipped with patio furniture and a propane BBQ, a perfect place to enjoy your evenings. This unit includes access to 3 heated pools, 3 spas, and 4 tennis/pickle ball courts. As an added bonus, tennis and pickle ball racquets are provided for your enjoyment. Our location is perfect with easy access to Tahquitz Creek Golf Course, Trader Joe's, Target, Starbuck's, Boomers and so much more. We are also a short drive (10 min) from the airport, downtown Palm Springs, Las Vegas Style Casinos and World Class restaurants and shopping. There are so many adventures awaiting you in Palms Springs, from the aerial tramway, to cycling and hiking, to the museums and the amazing Living Desert Zoo. All bookings must be made a minimum of 5 days in advance due to HOA requirements and signing of short term rental agreement.
