Main living area with 75” Smart TV, opens to the sunporch, pool and lake. Formal dining room with 11 ft table seating 14. There are two great rooms, one just off the kitchen and one just off the guest bedroom wing. The master bedroom is secluded on the west side of the house with a giant master bath with soaking tub and walk in shower, double sinks. The guest wing occupies the east side of the house with four additional bedrooms. There is a second en-suite master here w/views of the pool and lake and small private lakefront patio.

Lake views from the primary living areas enhance a spacious home. The property spans 120 feet of water frontage with a dock to accommodate paddleboards and kayaks. If lounging by the pool appeals to you, there is a free form pool with an attached Jacuzzi spa, a waterfall of stones and a sun shelf. Entertain family and friends under the tiki hut at the bar watching sports on two flat screen televisions. Grill in the summer kitchen. Brand new chef's kitchen. SubZero refrigerator. Viking Range. The house comes equipped with a brand new Generac 24 kW generator. Swat mosquito system, heated pool, grill, new refrigerator in the tiki hut bar. We are dog friendly. Pet Fee of $250/week for one dog or $500/week for two.

Stays longer than two weeks require a $575 cleaning fee. Additional cleanings for your stay are the responsibility of the guest.

Long term rentals that have a discounted rate will be responsible for actual electric and wifi charges.

Pool heating fee is $450 per stay up to one week. This is pass thru charge of cost to heat the pool with propane for your stay. Longer stays--ask for pricing.

Linens and Towels are provided for this rental. It is requested that guests wash all towels before departure, strip all beds and start the laundry process for our cleaners.

Required Accidental Damage Insurance: We do require all guests also purchase a $5,000 Property Damage Protection Insurance Policy. Cost for this policy is approximately $120.00. For guests booking thru VRBO, this can be easily purchased through their reservation. If booking directly with us, you can purchase insurance through a company that provides this insurance such as generalitravelinsurance.com or any other company that offers this insurance. We will require confirmation of company and policy number once the insurance is purchased. Please ask if you have any questions.
