You'll love this affordable and pet-friendly apartment located in one of Middletown's most desirable neighborhoods. Just a short, convenient drive (or bike) to three ocean beaches, downtown, and so much more. This apartment is standalone, has a private entrance, and includes at least two parking spaces (no street parking here). Just one flight up and you can enjoy your own space including a large open living room with full kitchen, plus two cozy bedrooms (queen beds) and central bathroom with a tub/shower. WiFi plus large smart TVs in ever room - just hook up your streaming account . Towels, linens, local coffee/tea, and basic kitchen necessities are provided, plus window AC units in every room in the summer months. The living room pullout is also great for sleeping kids! Get the locals experience with us and don't forget to visit local farms, breweries, vineyards, and seasonal farmer's markets. Aquidneck Island is particularly attractive in the summer but has so much to offer year-round!!

Perfect Spot!

Great location to explore Newport. We stayed here with our two children and two dogs. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was very clean and well appointed, and the beds comfortable. Our host made check-in easy and responded immediately when we had a question. The location is good, an easy drive to Newport and other attractions.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was great for everyone and we had a wide range of ages. My nearly 2 year old loved the toys and it was great because we didn't need to bring nearly as much. Everything was comfortable and everything was so conveniently located! Literally 10 minutes and usually less to anything. Highly recommend!

Perfect little Hideaway!

We had business in Newport which was a simple $12 Uber ride but didn't want the "hotel" feel. The place was exactly as described! Clean Clean Clean! Thank you for that! Adorably decorated, great towels in the bathroom and the beds were so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Summit Hideaway

The property was exactly as advertised. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient (by car) to downtown Newport and Middletown. It is nice finished, very clean, and stocked with all the basic necessities. Kelly, the owner, was really friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Weekend stay in Middletown RI

Kelly’s place was excellent and my wife and I had a great time there along with our dog. Everything was well stocked and clean when we arrived and Kelly was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is super convenient to downtown Newport and just minutes away from the Newport/Middletown beaches. I’d highly recommend for any small groups or families looking for a place to stay close to Newport.
