#322 Pointe - 2 Bedroom Lakefront Condo at Mariners SML

Welcome to Unit 322
Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA, 982 Sq ft. Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 3 on the 2nd floor. All Pointe building have an elevator and a coded entry for security.
This unit offers a queen size bed in each bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV with cable. Wi-fi is included.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Also has a breakfast bar that seats 3 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
Living area has seating for 4. There's a fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings in the fall and winter months.

Enjoy the breathtaking views from the balcony! You can even open the windows for some fresh air! This balcony has seating for 6 people.

Only downside was the pool area had bees ! And the complex was aware but nothing to that point was done. Not a condo host issue, but facilities!
