Condo with great Lake views. Come stay with us on your vacation 

Enjoy this lovely lakefront condo at Mariners Landing. Both bedrooms have a queen. Balcony windows will open fully on Beautiful days.

The two-bedroom is overlooking beautiful Smith Mountain Lake and has a gorgeous view of the Mountains. New sleeper sofa. The kitchen is complete with a full-size stovetop oven, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator, and washer/dryer sleeps 6. Condos stocked with dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all linens.

Amenities cost (Club Fee) $30 a day.
Other amenities include beautiful walking/biking trails, golfing, beaches, two outside pool, indoor pool, cable, fitness room, Day dock-slips, and fast internet. Boat ramp on site.
Trailer parking and boat dock fees Oct 1, - April 30 $35 for the first day $25 a day for each additional day.
May 1 to Sep 30 $50 for the first day $25 each additional day.

Tiff’s Restaurant is the perfect place to to have an upscale dinner using locally sourced ingredients to create chef inspired Peruvian cuisine.

The view from the condo can't be beat - it's spectacular. The location is convenient and the property amenities were really nice. Communication with Michael was great and the condo is exactly as described in the listing. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 include no hot water in the kitchen sink, not having enough tableware (4 or 5 spoons, forks, knives, and only 5 or 6 plates, bowls, glasses, etc) or towels (4 towels for 4 people for a week), and no linens provided for the pullout couch. Outside of those minor things, our stay was great and would recommend!

11/10! Our family has stayed at vacation rentals from Florida to Maine, Pennsylvania and Michigan. This spacious property is tied for 1st place - the furnishings, finishes, and decor are beautiful and it's immaculately clean. We started each morning with coffee on the porch overlooking the lake, enjoyed busy days boating, dining out, exploring the area and Mariner's Landing amenities, and ended the evenings on the porch with a quiet view of the lake. We'll definitely return to this property!

Nice clean condo

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and so nice ! Had to contact the owner one time during check in and he was very quick to respond. We would love to come back and stay there again.
