This reelaxing retreat is nestled in the giant oak trees of Caney Creek. The home comes with a fishing pier, fishing lights, boat lift, fish cleaning station, bait well all for our guest's enjoyment! Relax on the peaceful patio, overlooking the water.. or on the top deck of the boat house! Or head on over to Sargent Beach with just a quick car or boat ride.
Inside the home, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, comfortable living area and a sun room/seating area that overlooks the beautiful shaded yard and Caney Creek.
The bedroom layout is as follows:
Bedroom 1 - king bed
Bedroom 2 - queen bed with twin over twin bunk bed
