BEST WEEKEND EVER!! Everything about this place is awesome. Fishing was amazing, the hammock and the porch swing is an added bonus :) Pier was perfect, loved the cleaning table and the green light. We can’t wait to go back :)
This rental is on the perfect location. ICW in backyard and ocean in the front. Fishing was very good as well. Property and RV was also very clean and maintained. Definitely will stay at again
Our favorite place to stay in the Sergent/Matagorta area. Pet friendly, access to beach and intercoastal waters, good fishing, and the owners are good people althat are easy to work with.
Return guests. The place was even better this trip, the location is great! Fishing was a bust this trip, that’s fishing! Always a good time. Fenced property, quiet, low key, camper living.
This is the absolute prime location in Sargent if your focus is beachcombing and fishing. The owner is prompt with communication and quick to address any issues or questions. There's atleast 10 miles of open beach to the east accessible by foot or 4WD.
Nice place. Excellent access for beach fishing and also fishing the ICWW.

Thanks Kurt, We enjoyed having you. Were installing a fish wash down station, installing a green fish light to attract baitfish at the dock and bringing down a bunch of nice beach chairs and some other stuff so come back and see us!
The trip started a bit rocky because we didn't receive check in instructions on time. We initially had trouble getting a hold of our host but when the dust finally settled, we had a really nice stay. Fishing wasn't all that great but the location was very nice. This was our first time staying in an RV and all in all it really wasn't bad. Being pet friendly was nice and the fenced in yard was a plus.
Great communication with the host if we had questions he answered very quickly and helped to make are stay go great you can’t ask for a better location if you want to relax and enjoy great views we got so many blue crabs and fishing was good too everything you need is there
I loved waking up in the mornings and being able to walk to the beach for a sunrise stroll. The location was great. We highly recommend booking the property. Thank you

Thanks very much! We are so happy you had a nice stay! More improvements to come.
Was an amazing stay, great service!!! The beach on one side and the intercoastal on the other. Can't beat that. Ended up with bad surf for fishing but just fished the dock behind. Thank you for the great stay

We we’re glad to have you. Thanks for staying and bearing with us to get that washer fixed.
This is a pretty cool property. Definitely fun to be right on ICW and beachfront. The outdoor shower and toilet are very handy. It’s an older camper, but it works for a fish camp. Communication with host was very good.
Everything was great. Nice place to stay- caught some fish- Josh was great in all parts of our trip. Weather was nice. Going to the beach is an extra bonus. You recommend people try it out.
Top notch beach camping. Clean, cold a/c, great master bed, plenty of hot water. Remote bathroom was hot during the day, but the outdoor shower was a blast (get it?).
Plenty of fish, sun, shade and lots of ocean breezes. Great place to get away from it all.
The property was as expected except the yard really needed to be mowed. Mosquitos were horrible in the grass. Instruction book for trailer would be helpful.
Just 25 yards to the pier on the ICW, 75 yards to the water on the beach at low tide. Great location. Among the many sailcats and others caught from the pier, I also brought in a 38" bull red, a 6' stingray, a 42" black drum, and about 25 blue crabs, 15 of legal size and the rest were bait. If you're not bothered by the space restrictions of an RV, then this is the place to go to fish and play on the beach, but who spends all their time inside on a trip like this...
