Enjoy a modern country experience at this centrally located place near major shopping and restaurants (Target, Walmart, Sam's Club), Lake Texoma (10 minutes to dam entrance), Choctaw Casino & Resort. 25 minutes to Buc-ee's and 45 minutes to McKinney. 2-bedroom home with a small office/den. 5-minute drive to Downtown Denison.

Please note that there are two exterior security cameras on the property- one at the front door, and the other overlooking the driveway.
