Stay in Kona

Great location, near to restaurants, right on the beach with a swimming pool. The condo was very clean and it was a great place to stay.

Nice area and a great oasis

Great place, clean with plenty of space. The location is perfect. Communication is A+. The host answered every question promptly. I will stay here again in the future without hesitation.

Down time retreat

Property was perfect for a day of doing nothing after days of going full blast. The pool overlooking the ocean was perfect for reading and chilling, as was the small side balcony in the tree tops. Discovery of a market across the street was a bonus experience.

Good for a couple and kids

States 2 bedrooms, 2nd bed is a pullout and is very uncomfortable, might be okay for small children but not suited for adults. Also, very hot. AC is only available in the master bedroom. Had issues with the hot water in the shower as well. No view of the ocean from the unit. However, beautiful view of the ocean by the pool.

Hey Jamie, I appreciate your review and your stay. I just wanted to address a few things. Our property is listed as a 1 bedroom not a 2 bedroom. We do not market AC on the property and note that in our listing. We also disclose that you cannot see the ocean from the unit except for some peekaboo views. The hot water works it is just that our knob is on backwards. I wish you would have mentioned it during your stay and we would have been able to help. Properties that have two bedrooms, ocean views, full A/C and properly installed knobs for the shower are usually at a much higher price point than what we list our unit for. I apologize that you did not enjoy the unit and hope that your review will help inform other guests in the future what to expect. We try to disclose everything we can think of in the listing so that our guests can have proper expectations and not be disappointed. Thanks again for your stay!

Amazing stay.

For full disclosure I am a family friend to the host but very much a pleased customer. It is comfortable, clean and well stocked for my stay. Easy and close to every thing we wanted to do. At every point the communication with Jeremy was prompt. I really appreciated that. This is now my standard for other stays at other locations in the future. Thank you again!
