Vacation in a beautiful 180-year-old Franconian sandstone house

Spalt is an idyllic town in the "Franconian Lake District" recreational and leisure area, just 4 km from Lake Brombach. The holiday rental is located on the outskirts of city centre. A bakery, butcher, supermarket, and restaurants are all within a 500-meter radius. <br>The well-known golf courses in Abenberg and Zollmühle near Pleinfeld are just a few kilometres away by car.<br><br>The apartment offers approximately 70 square metres of living space, divided into a hallway, bathroom, kitchen with living area, master bedroom, and children’s bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, general kitchen utensils, a toaster, electric kettle, teapot, oven, microwave, kitchen towels, a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules for regular and decaf coffee, and much more. In the spacious sitting area, you can enjoy a cosy meal and spend your evening. In addition, there is a small terrace with wooden furniture in front of the house (on the west side) where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner outdoors.<br><br>For our youngest guests, we have a cot (complete with a mattress, blanket, and bedding), a high chair, and children’s tableware. Please specify when booking.<br><br>All rooms (except the hallway and bathroom) have a TV with IPTV and over 300 channels. The apartment has free Wi-Fi.<br><br>In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer, large and small towels per person, bath mats, etc.<br><br>Both bedrooms, which are separate from the living room, are equipped with a box-spring bed.<br><br>We’re happy to offer an additional laundry service upon request (€5 per change of towels per person, €10 per change of bed linens per bed).<br><br>This holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.<br><br>Parking is available in front of the house. If you’d like to explore the Franconian Lake District on e-bikes, you can recharge them overnight.<br><br>The standard check-in time is between 15:00 - 18:00 on the day of arrival.

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Es gibt einen Aussenbereich mit drei Stühlen. Es ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Das historische Haus ist aus Sandstein und hält im Sommer die Hitze draussen. Es war angenehm kühl in der Wohnung. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Es waren wunderschöne Tage in Spalt mit einer wunderschönen. Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen liess. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war vorbildlich und wir bedanken uns sehr dafür. Es war ganz bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit in der schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen und man ist schnell in der Natur und am wunderschönen Brombachsee.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Eine sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit kleiner Terrasse und Grill vor dem Haus. Spalt bietet eine charmante Altstadt, gute Gastronomie und ist landschaftlich schön gelegen. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Massendorfer Schlucht, zu den Seen oder ins nahegelegene Schwabach mit schöner Altstadt. Ein Tagesausflug nach Nürnberg lohnt sich ebenso wie ein Stadtrundgang mit dem Nachtwächter durch Spalt. Wir hatten einen abwechslungsreichen, erholsamen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, liebe Familie Spieth.

Gemütlich mit modernem Flair

Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen alten Steinhaus mit Zugang zur Terrasse und Garten. Alles sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist auch klasse. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Unser Urlaub in der FeWo war wunderschön, super erholsam und herrlich entspannt. Alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen wieder - das ist sicher!
