The house is located a 5 minute drive from downtown Indian River and Burt Lake (Burt Lake State Park). Mullet Lake (Topinabee beach and public boat launch) are 1 mile away. Perfect location to be in a full nature setting but still very close to all the amenities the area has to offer.
