Coast Magic 14 - Shell Seeker (first time purchase from May 2016)!

In a prime, beachfront location, you will find a modern ambience in which you will feel comfortable.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Prices are for 4 people, one more person pays an extra bed per night.
Electricity / water / heating are included. A tourist tax is payable, you pay with us in the office.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.

The apartment 14 in Haus Küstenzauber with about 60 m² living space is located at ground level, so you can get from the light-filled living / dining area directly onto the south-facing terrace.

Start the day with a sunny breakfast on the terrace and enjoy, despite the central location, the view of the countryside. It is only a few meters to the beach promenade and the fine sandy south beach.

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and in the cold season, the private sauna and the stove provide additional feel-good atmosphere.

Entertainment includes a TV with Blu-ray player and DVD selection, WiFi, a CD / USB stereo and CD player, board games for all ages and books and magazines.

The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and consciously suitable for children (cot, high chair, footstool in the bathroom, div. Toy).

In addition to the master bedroom with double bed (180x200cm), there is a second bedroom with stable bunk bed with extra large lower mattress (140x200cm). In addition, if necessary, a baby travel bed and an additional children's mattress (70x140cm) are available. For the cot and the small mattress own sheets (blanket, pillows, covers) would have to be brought.

In the very well-equipped kitchen you will find numerous kitchen utensils and appliances at your disposal so that you do not have to miss anything when cooking.

The modern bathroom also has a washing machine for the laundry in between.

An additional guest toilet as well as a separate, free parking lot provide for further comfort.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The terrace faces south-west.

This holiday home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy-friendly. We offer smoke and pet free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We offer protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Alles was man in der Wohnung braucht, das findet man auch vor. Die Matratzen waren gewöhnungsbedürftig, ein Gartenstuhl fehlt auf der Terrasse,da man ja für 5 Personen bucht.Ansonsten wäre es klagen auf höchstem Niveau, es war ein toller Urlaub, kommen sicher wieder.

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Diese Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar ein Tritthocker für Kinder, Sandspielzeug und eine tolle Auswahl an Kinder- und Gesellschaftsspielen. Lediglich einen Schneebesen haben wir in der Küche vermisst aber vielleicht auch einfach nicht gefunden:-) vom Wohn- und Essbereich kann man sogar das Meer sehen. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Promenade. Großenbrode ist ein tolles, familienfreundliches Fleckchen Erde und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit! Wir können diese gemütliche Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne und liebevolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung!! Es hat absolut an nichts gefehlt, man hat sofort das Gefühl von Geborgenheit und Willkommen gespürt!! Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt weil auch die kleinen Besucher berücksichtigt worden sind mit tollen Spielen und Mal Sachen und vieles mehr ... Super Wohnung und sehr guter Lage

Wir waren zu Gast in einer bestens und liebevoll ausgestatteten Wohnung mit nur wenigen Metern bis zur Großenbroder Promenade bzw. zum Strand. Wir waren leider nur ein verlängertes Wochenende dort könnten es aber durchaus länger aushalten. Die kleine Sauna sorgte in den Abendstunde für wohlige Wärme und morgens genossen wir das Frühstück auf der Terrasse und in der Sonne 🌞 vielen lieben Dank für ein unvergessliches Wochenende. Ach und barrierefrei ist sie außerdem 👍 lg Simone, Alina und Christa

Schöner Urlaub mit der kleinen Enkelin

Erholsamer Familienurlaub in den bayerischen Herbstferien

Die Ferienwohnunung ist super eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Alles da was man braucht. Küche super ausgestattet. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, 3 min. zu Fuß. Sauna, klein aber fein und ein toller Holzofen. Können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Für Kinder einiges geboten. Viele Spiele und Bücher.
