High end finishes with new carpets in all the bedrooms and new wood floors in the living room. In the winter months, Ski Crested Butte and Monarch from Gunnison! Both ski areas are only 45 minutes away. A short walk to the bus stop that offers a free bus to Crested Butte and the ski area! Also within walking distance to the Van Tuyl trail system and fishing access, downtown, the grocery store, restaurants, the Gunnison Community and Rec Center and Western State University Campus.

This home was just perfect! It had all of the amenities we needed, including a pack and play and toys and books for my 2 year old granddaughter. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and a perfect location. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating with getting in early and leaving late. It was a fabulous stay!!

The home was excellent and equipped with everything that we needed! Plus, it’s perfectly located close to town, and it’s a great base camp for all the outdoor activities in Gunnison and the surrounding areas. I would stay here again.

Perfect place for a family to stay!

We were in town for a wedding and had a group of seven stay in the house. It was perfect! Clean, space enough for all of us, centrally located , great kitchen supplies and check in was a breeze! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!
