Introducing Retro Retreat, July 2025! Step back in Time to the comfort of yesterday with this traditionally furnished 3 bedroom- 2 1/2 bath country home in Gunnison's prestigious Dos Rios subdivision. We welcome you and your pet for a wonderful family vacation experience close to the Gunnison White Waterpark and Hartman Rocks! You are in the heart of all that Gunnison has to offer.
The kitchen features a newer Range, OTR Microwave, Refrigerator, and Dishwasher. It is fully equipped with all cooking and serving needs—a large table in the eating area off the kitchen seats up to 10. Back patio out the kitchen door has a propane grill and smokeless fire pit and overlooks a large backyard.
Come in, take off your shoes, and relax as you sink into the softest couch you will ever sit in. The Great Room is equipped with a gas fireplace and a 55-inch flatscreen TV, wireless Internet is provided. You've never relaxed like this!
Head upstairs to the bedrooms
The primary bedroom has an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and is furnished with a canopy king bed and a baby's crib. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bath with tub/shower- king bed in bedroom 2, and queen in bedroom 3.
Home is located close to the public fishing and floating off of the Gunnison River or golf at the Public Dos Rios Golf Course. Boat docs and rentals are available at the nearby Blue Mesa Reservoir Marina. Crested Butte Ski area is a quick 30 mile drive.
Within Dos Rios subdivision, fishing is prohibited.
