You have access to every area of the home. Please only enter the utility room to find spare chairs. If there is any kind of mechanical issue with the home please reach out to us first barring any kind of emergency.
Morning light washes over the surrounding peaks, filling the sky with shifting tones of gold and blue. Step outside to the expansive wraparound deck and breathe in the crisp alpine air, where pine carries on the breeze and silence is broken only by birdsong. As evening arrives, you can sink into the private hot tub beneath the stars or gather by the fire table with stories and laughter lingering late into the night.
Sleeping arrangements
The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with a variety of options. The primary suite features a king bed, direct deck access, and a spa-inspired ensuite with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a multi-jet shower. A second bedroom offers another king bed, while a third includes a queen bed. The bunk room provides two queen lower bunks with twin uppers, ideal for families or kids. A loft space with a queen bed and a dedicated workspace completes the layout. In total, there are four bedrooms plus a loft, seven beds, and 2.5 baths.

Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room frame sweeping mountain views. A reclining sectional and 70-inch Smart TV make it easy to settle in, while the gas fireplace adds warmth after a day outdoors. Downstairs, the entertainment area invites friendly competition with shuffleboard, a poker table, and board games.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen is designed for shared meals, equipped with a 6-burner dual oven range, granite countertops, and modern appliances. A large island seats four, while the dining table brings everyone together. Coffee lovers will find a French press, grinder, and combination Keurig/drip coffee maker, alongside wine glasses and plenty of cookware.
Outdoor living
The lodge’s 40 acres invite exploration and play. The wraparound deck includes dining and lounge seating, plus a BBQ grill. The backyard features a putting green and cornhole, while the private hot tub offers a relaxing spot with mountain views. As night falls, gather at the fire pit under a sky full of stars.

Everyday comforts include a washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, extra blankets, and room-darkening shades. For families, you’ll find a pack ’n play, high chair, and baby bath. Entertainment needs are covered with TVs, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace. The home provides heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans; air conditioning is not available. Safety features include exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Set within a peaceful mountain community, the property feels secluded yet sits just 10 minutes from downtown Bailey, where dining and entertainment await. Trails for hiking and biking, alpine streams for fishing, and off-road routes are all nearby. Denver International Airport is about 1 hour 10 minutes away, downtown Denver 50 minutes, and Evergreen 30 minutes.

***IMPORTANT*** Please be advised that this home is located on a sloped road on an elevated property. All guests must have 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the home, especially in the winter and during rough weather conditions. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. Thanks for your understanding!
For guests staying from late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.
***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Guests are prohibited from unplugging the Wi-Fi modem or disturbing the Wi-Fi system as this may cause damage to the unit. Unplugging or tampering with the Wi-Fi system will result in a minimum fine of $150. The smart devices in this home heavily rely on Wi-Fi to properly function.

Summer: Our mountain home DOES NOT have air conditioning during the summer months. However, the cooler temperatures and low humidity in Colorado make A/C less necessary in this area. Instead, the home has various windows that can be opened and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas to provide ventilation and air circulation.
Winter: Snowfall can vary during the winter months. For guests staying during late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.
