Regarding the iPad, we politely asked whether we could stop by briefly after realizing it had accidentally been left behind by the owner. We fully respected your decision when you declined entry and appreciated your willingness to look for it yourself. As for the toilet damage, our cleaning team documented the issue immediately after checkout and provided video evidence through the proper VRBO process. Any damage claims are handled directly through VRBO according to their policies. We take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously, and we will review the additional concerns you mentioned with our team.
