NJ112 - This modern home is truly one of a kind. With updates and custom touches you won't find anything like it. A large back yard, front porch and upstairs deck with ocean views give lots of great outdoor space. Bedrooms are all large with the fourth taking up the entire third floor, a perfect space for teens and children offering two Full Size futons, bean bag chairs, a TV and other amenities to please. Outdoor Furniture, High-Speed Internet Access, parking in driveway, outdoor shower & more!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
