Sleeps 16 + Our home features off street parking for two cars, charming/private front porch, back deck with glass bead fire pit that doubles as an outdoor dining table large yard gas grill and an outdoor shower just 2 blocks from the desirable south end of the beach and boardwalk.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
In the warmer months. Please leave both mini split air conditioning units on cool 74 and quiet mode. Remote in dining room next to closet controls both units.
Thermostat in dining room is heat only set to 65. 2nd floor thermostat heat 65 or cool 74. 3rd floor mini split off. Apt mini split set to same cool 74 and quiet mode.
Please leave bed sheets and towels in washroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
