Great overall place to stay. Perfect location for what we were doing this weekend and close to resturants and stores. Host was responsive and answered any and all questions we had. Would definatly stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay! Five stars across the board. The property was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient. One of our favorite features was how the bedrooms were separated from the common areas, allowing some of us to stay up late without disturbing those who were sleeping. Communication with the owners was top-notch from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this rental!

Great Place and Great Host

We rented the home for a family trip to vacation and see family in Reno. Place was spacious and clean, offering all the amenities we needed as a family. Would definitely book it again!

Perfect place to stay while in Reno

Nico was great at communicating and making sure our stay was perfect. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs and have space to spread out. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Great home away from home in Sparks

We were in town for a family reunion. The home was perfect for our family and my sister's family to share after spending a busy day with the rest of the family. Living room was perfect for gathering for a movie and hanging out. Ping pong and darts in the garage was a hit! We enjoyed having the cousins share a space while we relaxed for the night.

Rib Cookoff

Came for the rib cookoff with the family. I enjoyed the house so much, that i skipped the event... i had the wife pick up an order for me so i didnt miss out on the grub. Great stay. Peaceful and relaxing while close to everything.

Great house, great stay

We booked this home for the holidays to have an annex house while visiting family who lives in Sparks. We were quite comfortable. The beds are comfy and everyone commented on that! We had plenty of linens and The kitchen was well stocked. It’s also pet friendly and we were happy to have a secure backyard. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. Nico was a great host and very responsive to our questions. We would definitely rent here again.

The house was place for my husband and his teammates while in town for the USBC National Tournament at the National Bowling Stadium. It was located in a quiet cul de sac in Sparks. Each teammate (and partner if attending) had a comfortable room of their own. The 7 of us shared the two bathrooms and spent time as a group in the main room watching television. The kitchen was stocked with enough basics for us to make breakfast for the group instead of having to go out each morning. There is plenty of parking which was necessary for us as we had 4 cars. Nico the host was responsive anytime I reached out. I would definitely consider staying again anytime we're in Reno.

Felt like home

We loved this house and the yard for our doggies. We stayed for almost two weeks and it felt like our second home. It was very comfortable. The neighbor hood is beautiful and quiet. House and grounds are as nice as pictured. Great place to stay for baseball tournaments at Golden Eagle Park. We will always stay here when traveling to Reno. Our host Nico deserves 6 stars! Great customer service. Thank you again!!!

Very nice and clean property with fantastic backyard

I was very pleased with how nice this home was. My little dogs absolutely loved the fully fenced backyard which was immaculately landscaped. You can tell a lot of work goes into keeping everything well maintained. Plus the Sparks neighborhood is fairly quiet, but it’s also conveniently close to lots of stores and parks. Highly recommend.

More than we expected

The house was very well stocked and supplied and very clean . Beds very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed and more . We will definitely stay again if I’m the area .
