About this property

Newport/Middletown Getaway!!! Walk to Beach!!!

Unwind at Rezzy Rhode for a beautiful New England getaway! This two-family modern rustic home is 1/2 mile from First Beach and a 5 minute drive from downtown Newport, guests have the chance to enjoy the best of both worlds. This entire home comes fully equipped with ample parking, outdoor space and plenty of room to lounge/entertain. We look forward to hosting you for a fabulous trip to our home away from home!

The place is both the top and bottom floor of a 2 family home with a door in between both units that opens and connects the two. There are two kitchens, two living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a dining room, private deck, private patio, large yard, garage space, two washers/dryers, and a grill. Ample space for large groups of people. There is a king bed in the master with a bathroom connected to it, a queen bed in two of the bedrooms, two bedrooms with two daybeds (2 twins in each), a queen sleeper sofa, and two large couches that can fit adults as needed. There is also an air mattress for additional guests if needed. The house is wired with Wi-Fi and TV and anything you might need for an enjoyable stay, we hope you find the place as great as we do!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property! The hosts were communicative and flexible, and the property was very clean when we entered. The location was great - a quick walk with sidewalks to the beach, a few restaurants steps away, but still a quiet street and neighborhood.

Perfect location

Rented this house for an off-site work outing and it was perfect! Great location and layout for a small group. Accommodations are very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend!!

Nice Getaway

The house was perfect for our our family and some friends who stayed with us over a weekend. The separate accommodations downstairs worked-out perfect for us. Location was great...easy to get everyone and magnificent walks to the beach and sanctuary's. Kitchen is small, but very functional. We had a great couple weeks.

Family getaway

We rented both units in this home for a multi-generational family vacation. It was an ideal setting with plenty of sleeping space and separate hang out spots for kids and adults. Owner was responsive and check-in/check-out could not have been easier. Location was fantastic. Easy drive to Newport, but not in the thick of seasonal traffic, and a walk to First (Easton’s) Beach. Great spot and hope to return!
