Objektbeschreibung ist stimmig, Lage ist gut, in ruhigem Haus und Straße, ABER -fehlende Grundsauberkeit -Möbel/Bad-und Küchenausstattung in schlechtem Zustand -Duschbrause nicht fixiert -Kühlschrank nicht leer/unsauber -einziger Tisch=PC-Arbeitsplatz -Inclusive aktivem Telefon-und Fax -wegen vieler persönlichen Dinge des Vermieters kein Ferienwohnungscharakter
