These non-smoking apartments are located in the resort 'La Chiripa' on a hill in the district of San Fernando above La Paz, in direct proximity to the Taoropark. The park is ideal for walking and jogging.

The complex consists of 6 floors with 2 lifts and a winter heated spacious pool. In the pool area are enough beach chairs and umbrellas available. The table tennis table can also be used, rackets are to bring your own.

The self-catering can be in stores in the immediate area with newspapers, fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, etc. supply.

Sehr schöne luxuriöse Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Eine tolle Wohnung mit einer riesen Terrasse mit Tisch und Liegestühlen. Der Standard war weit überdurchschnittlich und die Ausstattung beinhaltete sehr hochwertige Küchengeräte, einen tollen Kühlschrank sowie eine Waschmaschine. Ein Highlight war auf jeden Fall der brandneue Trinkwasserfilter, der wirklich für tolles Trinkwasser sorgte und einem das Schleppen von Wasserflaschen in die Wohnung ersparte. Des Weiteren eine schöne Couch und zwei Flachbildschirm-Fernseher. Sowohl die solide Schiebetür der Terrasse als auch mehrere Kameras zwischen Haus- und Wohnungstür geben eine hohe Sicherheit gegen Einbrecher. Unsere deutsche Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ist sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Wir werden bald wieder kommen!

Fabulous stay in Puerto de la Cruz

Anette was an excellent host, made us very welcome and kept in touch to make sure everything was fine. Her properties are clean, modern and very well equiped, ideal for a self catering holiday where you can eat in or dine out as you wish. Puerto de la Cruz is a fabulous place to stay in Tenerife - we love it. Steven & Julie

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Im TV gibt es alle deutschen Sender. Die Außenanlage und das Objekt wird täglich gereinigt und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt direkt am Taoro-Park und ein schöner Spaziergang ins Stadtzentrum gehörte bei uns zur täglichen Routine. Einziger Kritikpunkt an der Wohnung ist (war) das "wackelnde" W-LAN. Seit März wurde die Wifi-Anlage modernisiert; seither ist ein schneller Empfang ohne Abbrüche möglich. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
