Lovely Remodeled Home! Walk Downtown! w/firepit

This cute one bedroom, one bathroom home has been completely remodeled. The small home boasts of a large open living room, kitchen, big bedroom, glamorous bathroom, and french doors that lead to the porch with an easy to use fire pit. This house is perfect for a couples getaway or small families. You can spend your evenings sipping wine by the fire pit or taking a short stroll to Paso's award winning downtown to enjoy restaurants, bars, and plenty of places to shop.
The space
The home has been completely renovated. The front has a cement fence with a locked gate. French doors open to a large porch and fire pit. I understand the importance of having a good mattress, sheets, pillows, comforters and I wanted the experience to be similar as staying in a 5-star hotel. Brand new fridge, washer and dryer. Full kitchen with cooking supplies.
Other things to note
This house is a second unit. It is located with a separate entrance through the drivable alley. They are separated by a large fence and bamboo to give more privacy. The entrance to the house has a cement wall and locked gate. You can park along the front of the cement wall.

Spent a long weekend after Christmas in this perfect retreat in Paso Robles. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the house itself was just what we needed for our stay. It’s super close to downtown and we walked our pup every morning to grab coffee and circle the town square. We cooked two of our three nights and the kitchen had all we needed to make our meals with the help of the BBQ. The owner was super responsive and checked in to make sure all was good on our end. We try to visit Paso each year and when we do we’ll stay here again! A wonderful stay for our Paso getaway!

Quiet Retreat

We enjoyed our 3 day weekend here. Clean, new appliances with a nice outdoor spot for a glass of wine in the evening. Appreciated it was dog friendly with a fenced in yard too.

Perfect time

This quaint bungalow was perfect for our needs: quiet, close driving distance to most things (including mountain wineries), very clean and peaceful. We had trouble following check-in directions but Cody was very patient with us and communicated well. He conscientiously checked in on the first night to make sure all was well. The bed and furnishings are comfortable and perfect for 1 or 2 people. We will definitely come back next time we are staying in the area. The fire pit on cold mornings was very nice.

Peaceful!

It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The outdoor space was beautiful.The bed was very comfortable. These are not complaints but just suggestions. A bigger frying pan, a Roku in the bedroom, sharper knives in kitchen & more dish towels. Other than that, it was a beautiful place, very comfortable and lovely. There were some parking dogs in the neighborhood but mostly quiet.

Clean, convenient and comfortable! This house ticks all the boxes with a spacious layout, well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable bed. It is close to town and easy to access local wineries. The host was very responsive when we had a problem with the coffee maker — a new one was delivered right away!

Cody was very quick to respond to our questions. The home is fenced in so it's perfect for pets if you're traveling with fur babies. The home itself has been newly remodeled and is on a quiet street. He was a perfect host!
