Enjoy the masterful industrial interior design that gives this home unique character. Centrally located with a short 5 minute drive to the center hub of Paso Robles Wine Country and about 15 minute drive to wineries. This home has 2 beds and 1 full bathroom and a spacious kitchen that creates a delicious atmosphere.
I live locally and have a team that can assist you whenever needed.
Located on 22nd street, this is the back unit. It is walking distance to the new Paso Market Walk with great dining, coffee house, fresh baked good, and so much more. The downtown Park of Paso Robles is only a 5 minute drive or a 15-20 min walk. The event center where the mid-state fair is held is about a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Great access to the freeway for all your many adventures in the beautiful central coast.
Best you have a car or uber. You can walk to downtown or there is plenty of parking but make sure you pay the street parking they do ticket you. First 2 hours are free but you still need to register your car.
We have a private parking spot for you located in the back. We also have street parking in the front.
