Heavenly Sunshine is a gorgeous, newly and completely remodeled four-bedroom home that comfortably sleeps twelve. In this custom-designed, spacious and bright home, there are luxury features and six balconies located off all living and sleeping areas. Heavenly Sunshine is well-situated in the most Southeastern corner of the Seacrest Beach Community, close to both the pool as well as the numerous restaurants and shops of the Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach Communities. A free tram to and from the beach is included in this community.

The home features two master suites with king beds, one located on the first floor and the other one located on the second floor. A built-in twin bunkbed is located right outside the second-floor master bedroom for families with little ones. The second floor also has two guest bedrooms with queen beds as well as a large, shared hallway bathroom. The third floor consists of another twin bunkbed for older children to enjoy their own space.

The kitchen is an entertainer’s dream, well-appointed with the tools and new appliances needed for those who want to cook while at the beach. The beautiful, large island that looks out on the dining and living area has four stools, creating a wonderful space for enjoying family and friends over food and drink. The large dining table, under its whimsical oyster-shell chandelier, comfortably seats ten. A spacious deck and patio area, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and outdoor lighting offers a perfect space for relaxing and cooking on the grill.
Heavenly Sunshine is located on a corner lot so it not only has its own driveway which can accommodate two vehicles, it also has parking along the side of the house. The house has an outdoor shower for those who like to shower off after their day at the beach as well as a staging area just inside the door with convenient shelves and bench. FREE WI-FI.

In addition to the massive, resort-style pool, green spaces and trails, the Seacrest Beach Community also offers a complimentary tram service to the beach and pool, always helpful for little ones, grandparents and those who just want a tram ride. One of the tram stops is conveniently located right outside the back door of Heavenly Sunshine. For those preferring to walk, the beach access is a short four-block walk along palm tree lined sidewalks, while the pool is about two-and-a-half blocks away. The tram service as well as most other services operate from March through November, and the majority of the restaurants and shops are open year-round. There is a grill and bar at the pool and the bike rental shop is one block from the house. Beach chairs and beach fire pits can be arranged through vendors. After one visit, Heavenly Sunshine, Seacrest Beach and 30A will become your next family tradition!

Guests of Heavenly Sunshine and all homes in Seacrest Beach are assessed an Amenity Fee which allows the guests to use the trolleys, swimming pool, and other amenities and to also have beach access. Guests (eight years and older) are provided a wristband upon arrival as indication that they have paid the fee which has been collected as part of the Host Fee.

Family vacation

The owner was easy to work with beginning to end addressing all concerns immediately. The house itself was lovely with a good floor plan, but it could use a good deep cleaning under beds and furniture cushions. The owner did address other cleaning concerns initially but a day later we noticed what was under cushions etc...leftover from previous visitors. All in all we had a great visit to Florida, loved the community, and had plenty of space for 8.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Heavenly Sunshine is a lovely place. The house was just what we needed and was just as described in the listing. We appreciated that there were some extra beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use (to supplement what we rented). Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. It is so conveniently located for catching the trolley to and from the pool & beach. I would give five stars across the board but the master bathroom has black mold on the ceiling. Unfortunately we've dealt with black mold and are very familiar with how to recognize it and the health dangers it can pose. With seniors, children and an expectant mother in the house, we had to completely avoid using the master suite to be on the safe side (to avoid breathing any airborne spores or disturbing the mold). Our stay would have been perfect if it wasn't for that issue and having to consolidate into other parts of the house. My hope is that the issue is dealt with properly (by the owner/ property manager) and doesn't cause health problems for any future guests. The property manager is very kind but quite hard to reach at times.

Awesome house with great location!

It is a beautiful, recently-renovated home with lots of space, comfy beds, and incredible location 100 ft from the square at Peddler's.We had a problem with the kitchen sink draining which was fixed promptly. The washer machine also was not working and we didn't get that running while we were there but it was a small blemish on an otherwise perfect renting experience.

Great house and location!

We visited with another family (4 adults and 5 children) and there was more than enough room. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we loved the location of the home in relation to everything. It’s an easy walk to the beach. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the big front porch. It’s a great neighborhood for families to visit and we definitely plan to visit again!

Nice comfortable house close to activities.

Overall great stay for family of 12. Sterling could do a better job checking small stuff in house each week. Had to replace propane tank for grill. A DVD player was not working. Several light bulbs burned out. Seacrest community very serious about rules in pool area and use of wristbands for tram service. Security checks tram for tents and roller coolers. Again nice stay at this house if willing to play by all the rules.

Heavenly Sunshine lived up to its name. My friends along with our kids rented this house for Spring Break and we were so happy. I slept in one of the queen beds and it was very comfortable. The house is furnished beautifully. It was located right behind the Village shops and restaurants. I was able to park my car on Saturday and not get back in it until the following Saturday. We walked everywhere and the kids rode bikes. I would recommend Heavenly Sunshine because it is one of the best located in Seacrest Beach and it is so comfortable. The tram pick up for the beach is at the front door of Heavenly Sunshine. The owners answered all our questions in a timely manor. Thank you so much for use of your beautiful home. Jen F.

Heavenly sunshine is a beautiful home with plenty of space and everything you need to have a great vacation. This home is conveniently located to the beach, pool, the shops of Seacrest and walking distance to Rosemary Beach. We will definitely be booking this home for our summer vacation!

We have stayed in Heavenly Sunshine for three consecutive years for six weeks, beginning in January and ending in March. We couldn't be more pleased with all aspects of the house. In addition to a wonderful home with lovely furnishings, the location is superb. A brief walk takes you to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach as well as to the beach. The owners are delightful to work with, always available, accommodating, and anxious to make your stay as enjoyable for you as they can. There are numerous homes and condos to rent in Seacrest Beach but Heavenly Sunshine is at the top!

Wonderful Home and Location

With two master suites and a large kitchen/dining/family area, Heavenly Sunshine was the perfect destination for nine of us from two families. The home is clean and well appointed with solid furniture and ample cookery. Every bedroom has up-to-date bedding and access to a deck. And, the location is great, with short walks to shops, the pool and Gulf. I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Heavenly Sunshine to friends.

Lovely Holiday

What a wonderful beach house for a large family or group! We had a great time at the big pool and on the seashore. We found that the house was perfect for my elderly mother - she enjoyed the main floor bedroom. Our favorite place was the large porch where we enjoyed the lovely weather. The house was spotless when we arrived. Before I booked the house, I contacted the owner as a previous reviewer had commented on the cleanliness of the house. She assured me that the house would be clean and it was just as promised. The only hiccup was that there is only one pool and beach pass for the entire house. Some of us wanted to go to the beach and others to the pool and that isn't easy with just one pass. With the help of the shuttle drivers we were able to go where we wanted. Heavenly Sunshine is a fantastic place for a relaxing get away. Please don't book it for the week I want :)

Family Favorite

We adore staying at Heavenly Sunshine! My family of 5, stayed here for the second year in a row and love the house and location. It is a great location to the shops, bike rentals and restaurants in Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. The home was clean and the management company very responsive to needs and request. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone traveling in the Fort Walton Beach area! Happy travels!

Good location in Seacrest Beach

We just got back and had a wonderful week in Seacrest! Thank you for sharing your home. Pros: The grill was GREAT! Perhaps the best grill I've used in a vacation rental before. We loved the location to the shops and to Rosemary. The tram service was very helpful, the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware, lots of games for the kids, a nice TV and cable, very comfortable beds, lots of good seating downstairs for eating and hanging out. Cons: the house just felt dirty. The rugs do shed and that style of rug does seem to trap a lot of sand/dirt and that is part of it, but overall, it just felt dirty. The couch cushions need a good vacuuming/cleaning, baseboards need to be wiped down, etc. ALSO: (this is my biggest "con"!): Having to go pick up a key at a location 10 miles away (not to mention drop it back off on your way out of town) is a huge pain. Every other rental we've stayed at in the last 5 years have converted to a keyless entry system. In a house this size, you're sure to have a large group staying there, so trying to share 2 keys among 12 people who are coming and going in different directions (beach vs. pool vs. shopping) is a challenge. All that said, we were sad to leave! It was one of our best vacations! P.S. The pool attendants take their job very seriously! :) Make sure you have your pool card with you when you go to the pool.

Charming House, Excellent Location

Heavenly Sunshine is a beautiful home that served as a wonderful vacation spot for my family. It is in an ideal location within Seacrest Beach, easy access to restaurants, beach and massive pool. We will definitely return again. Love it here!

Heavenly Sunshine Review

This was not our first time visiting the Seacrest Beach North location, as a matter of fact 30A is our go to place to visit each summer. We have rented homes not only in Seacrest but also in other locations so there was plenty for me to compare to other than a hotel. While this house is nice as far as location to Rosemary Beach, restaurants and shopping and the space and interior design there are many items that need to be improved upon. For one, the cleaning crew does a horrible job, I hope the cost that is paid to clean is minimal because the work is minimal. The floors are nasty, dust, dirt and sand are everywhere, I can guarantee the floors have not been mopped in some time. My 1 year old niece walked around barefoot in the downstairs and after 5 minutes her feet were black. Also the bathroom showers and tubs are mildew and stink, my mother purchased cleaner at the grocery store and cleaned the bathroom and countertops, not something one wants to do on vacation. The home is noted as not allowing pets, I can guarantee you there has been a pet in this home, as hair is seen on the base boards and under the sofa and tables. Also don't lift the sofa cushions as it is disgusting, food, dirt, sand you name it can be found, the only reason I had to pull it up is because my daughter dropped some money behind the cushion. The home is not "equipped" for children entertainment. In the past we have had homes that had DVD's, board games and books but this home had nothing at all to entertain on rainy days. For the four large bedroom closets that are available to use there are about 15 hangers available in the entire house. I will say the house layout is nice, there was plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked and the interior decoration was nice. Compared to homes I have stayed in the past this is my least favorite, I do not like to give underrated reviews however I think it is warranted for this home and the management company. The management company has the worst communication of any management I have ever dealt with and the worst part is you have to go to their office to pick up keys to obtain access to the house, in the past we have always had key code locks which are so nice to use and no worries of losing keys and having to pick up or drop off, especially to a location that is no where near the vacation home. This home could have been one of my favorites unfortunately Heavenly Sunshine is not as bright as I hoped.
