Located in a historic, quiet neighborhood that’s walking distance to downtown. The space was way bigger than the photos made it look which was great. Well appointed and comfy bed. Hosts were great. Will definitely stay here again.
We had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do (downtown & Oaklawn). The space was spotless and well-maintained, and the view & porch were great —perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Would definitely book again!
If you're on the fence about staying here, definitely stay! The suite is comfortable, spacious, and clean. We were only two traveling, but our family of four would have easily been able to spread out as well. We enjoyed that the little kitchen had a small fridge and an air fryer for cooking and toasting as well. Extra bonus: walk to the West Mtn trails right from the suite. 12yo daughter says " the room is really cool."
We liked our house very much. Nice, clean, very well taken care of. good communication with the hosts. The balcony can be very enjoyable if weather permits.Highly recommended for a couple or a small group.
We loved the property - it was the perfect distance from downtown to be able to walk to restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful quiet in the evenings. The space was perfect for the two of us and we hope to go back in the near future.
Great location and very cute little garage apartment. This was our first time to Hot Springs and we loved it. The location of the house was perfect. The host was amazing about communicating even though they were out of town and was able to take care of issues easily. The only things I’d say to be prepared for are barely warm enough shower, low light in the bathroom, no couch or really comfy seating other than a beanbag type chair and a couple other chairs that aren’t meant for comfort, and the kitchen is rather sparse. There’s no freezer in the mini fridge. We really didn’t spend much time in the apartment during the day though so it wasn’t an issue for us. Still loved our stay.
We were very impressed by the place and location. I read the reviews before booking and they all were so true, and better than expected. We got rained in on Sunday afternoon and in enjoyed drinks and conversation on the wrap around porch and also coffee in the morning. The bathroom is very spacious with a big nice size shower. It was a great home away from home experience. The host was very easy to contact as well as very nice and personable.
The location was perfect; quiet neighborhood, short walk to downtown, even shorter walk to local restaurants and just a hop to the National Park trails! Everything was clean and well maintained. Hosts are on site, super friendly and very helpful in recommending things to do! Deck overlooks national park and animals (deer, raccoons, armadillo) would play and graze above us. Mattress was SUPER comfortable and bathroom was large and good water pressure. All around perfect!
This hot springs vrbo was a great place to explore the city on Easter weekend 2025. It’s just up the street from bathhouse row where we spent much time. We actually drove to the row and parked on the street for free then did lots of walking from there. We did walk from the house to St John Catholic Church for Easter mass, to nearby restaurants, and to the national park trailhead just a few houses down. Very good location. The house was excellent for just me and my wife, but there is a nice bunk bed in the upstairs loft area and a separate guest bedroom for kids or friends. We ate out the whole time and never used the microwave or air fryer, but beware there is no stovetop if cooking is your thing. You’d have to use the grill if so. Nice little fridge and options for coffee or tea. Seating space was mostly upstairs with the bean bag being a favorite place to plop down. The covered second story deck looking out over the trees and back yard was lovely this spring weekend, and the backyard Adirondack chairs were nice to take a load off too. We are glad we stayed here and thank the owners for great advice on places to eat and things to do. Robert was excellent at communicating and answering our questions. It was quiet in the historic part of town with none of the noise down on bathhouse row reaching us. Only thing we missed was meeting their neighbor groundhog, Russel, but the birdies were friendly and curious. We recommend this charming getaway for your next trip.
We loved our stay in Hot Springs. We have been many times and stayed at Hotels Downtown. I loved this cute studio Apartment. It was super close to town, quiet, and clean.
We will stay here again when we travel back to Hot Springs!
Wonderful host, nice apartment and the location is perfect. Only thing to be aware of is the small dog barks in the morning and can wake you up if you are a light sleeper. Also the kitchen does not have a stove. Has microwave and grill at least.
Location was perfect to enjoy Hot Springs, the clean, comfortable and easy access made our stay very nice. The efficiency kitchen could have had more supplies and a hair dryer would have been appreciated.
The host communicated and gave many dining suggestions. We were able to make it to two of those suggestions and they were great. The property makes it easy to enjoy the town of Hot Springs as well as the trails of the state park. My wife and I are very happy with the choice and had a great time!
What a perfect place to stay for our long weekend in Hot Springs. Adorable apartment and fantastic hosts. Super clean and well thought out layout! So convenient to downtown and hiking trails. We took advantage of our hosts suggestions for places to eat and so happy we did. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a great place to stay in Hot Springs.
We couldn't have been happier with this property! Clean and spacious. We went to hike the sunset trail and access was right down the street. The downtown area / bath houses are a relatively short but pleasant walk. The neighborhood is super cute and seemed safe, even after dark. We would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed Everything about this property. It was
Quiet and centrally located. Nice and cool, hot
Temperatures In Texas had us seeking air conditioning most of the time.
Very good
Communications with our Hosts. Will contact them again when we are there.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, quiet and the location was perfect for outings around town. We have zero complaints. Though we didn’t have kids with us this time, the room would have been more than accommodating. My wife and I would absolutely book here again.
We liked the property, it was clean, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. We appreciated the dinig recommendation, Best Bar for breakfast. Loved it.
We would have liked a couple of regular drinking glasses. Otherwise nicely appointed.
A heads up about the no wine/beer purchases on Sunday would have nice!
