Vacation - Peace - Nature - Baltic Sea - Family-run!
In our lovingly restored country house, with a family-owned riding stable + riding hall, there are 11 apartments of different sizes in country house style. Quiet and yet central. 4 km to Kühlungsborn to the beach or 3 km to Heiligendamm to the beach. Bakers and a restaurant are in the village. You can book the whole house or individual apartments.
There is seating in the green for all apartments.
Equipment: kitchenette with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cooking facilities, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dining area.
Each apartment has a cozy living area, equipped with a sofa bed, armchair, coffee table and flat screen TV. All bathrooms have a shower with toilet and hairdryer. All apartments have laminate flooring and WiFi.
A fireplace room with space for 25 people and adjacent kitchen is available for an extra flat rate.

Sehr einfach gehaltene Ferienwohnung.
Die Ferienwohnung Nr. 4 hat eine kleine Küchenzeile mit nur 2 Kochstellen und einer sehr dürftigen Ausstattung.
Aus meiner Sicht ist die Ferienwohnung etwas zu teuer gewesen, es wird nicht wirklich viel geboten.
Positiv ist die kleine Terrasse vor der Tür gewesen.

Die Ausstattung der FEWO,ist im Inserat deutlich beschrieben und auf Bildern ersichtlich, auch die 2 Kochplatten. Weiterhin ist die Küche mit Toaster ,Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher ausgestattet.
Ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck sowie diverses Küchenzubehör, wie Butterdose, Salz u. Pfefferstreuer , Schneidebretter, Kochlöffel und Kellen sowie Flaschen- u. Dosenöffner und Filtertüten. Reinigungsmaterial und Geschirrtücher.
Neben der Küchenzeile befindet sich eine Essecke, direkt am Fenster.
Im Wohnbereich eine Schlafcouch und Sessel, ein Sideboard mit Flachbildfernseher, Wandregal, Couchtisch mit kleinen Teppich. In der Dusche sind Fön, Handtuchtrockner und Regal vorhanden. Im Schlafraum Doppelbetten, ein Schrank mit Spiegel, neben den Betten kleine Eckregale mit Nachttischlampen.
Es wäre schön, wenn während des Aufenthaltes Dinge angesprochen würden, die dem Gast evtl. fehlen. Wir sind bemüht unsere Gäste zufrieden zu stellen,
