Much needed time away.

We love the location and view. Ocean view from everywhere in the condo. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the golfers drive by from 15 green to 16 tee. The grounds are so well manicured. Looking forward to our return trip soon.

Beautiful!

My family and I came her for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The set up was perfect for our family and the view was amazing! I have no negatives about our stay. It was too cold for the pool so I cannot comment on that. FYI: If you’re staying on a Sunday, not a lot is open. (Could be the time of year) The place was clean, and looks just like the pictures. All around wonderful!

Great location and property!

We had a great stay. The condo was newly updated and everything worked very well. Steps from the beach and short walk to the pool. A/C worked well, and the washer and dryer were very convenient.

Best Stay at Amelia Island

This condo was perfect! Beautifully furnished and the views of the Atlantic were great...woke up to a beautiful sunrise every day. Quiet building and easy parking at Sea Dunes. Management company was excellent - professional, responsive, easy to communicate with.

So much to see and do!

This location and unit were just perfect for my husband and I and out two teenagers. Easy and beautiful beach and pool access, easy parking, and the island was such a treat! Clean unit, great amenities. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Weekend Getaway

Some Florida friends joined us for a weekend celebration of our 46th anniversary. Perfect place with the 2 master bedrooms and gathering place in the middle! Location to the beach was just steps away. Did I mention elevator?? Yes, you have to book third floor and up for a spectacular view from your unit. Very well kept up with comfortable beds. That’s important! Enjoyed our stay and will probably book there again.

Gorgeous Condo & Views

This property was perfect for my family with two children (5 & 8) It has private beach access, a spacious living area, and big bedrooms as well! The views from the two private balconies are unreal! I will be coming back!

Girls Celebrating 70

We loved everything about this rental! The furniture was not only nice to look at it was so comfortable - we had to call the management company and they were so easy to get a hold and even followed up on our particular situation. It was overall a wonderful experience and I would absolutely stay there again!!

This property was so beachy and nice. Located on the water with spectacular views and the condo was spacious and homey. The couch however was the best!!!! Could have slept on it every night

Wonderful

Quiet, beautiful. Perfect for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of regular life. It is like being on a whole different planet! I know it is late summer so not sure how it would be in winter, but love it at this time of year.

Great place and great location!

First time at Sea Dunes and we loved it!! Great location, close to ocean and pool! Just wished the pool was heated as it was a little chilly at times! Not anything this specific condo/owner could do about that so no worries. We loved it! Management team was wonderful and always very responsive! They went above and beyond to make sure we were set and had everything we needed! We will be back!

Family getaway

Perfect location- beautiful ocean views, cute and charming and cozy. Owners very responsive when we had difficulty with getting in the unit- fortunately there are two entrances because the locking mechanism is not working on the second door. Made owners aware so it can be fixed. To make this place an absolute 10, I would add more wine glasses, wine bottle openers, a blender to make fruity drinks, family board games and a guest book! Nevertheless, I would definitely rent again! Great Condo overall!

Amelia review Sea Dunes unit

3 problems: -unit above us under construction for 3 days. Noise in our unit made it unlivable between 9 and 3:30. -bed in the Master bedroom is subpar. Getting in bed and turning over is very difficult and accompanied by CRUNCH sound. -the tv’s w/n the unit require passwords that are not given. I ended up watching the NFL on my i pad. The managers offered to come set it up, but i did not want to hang out waiting for them.
