Communication was excellent with host. Very helpful and pleasant.Check-in really, everything in the house worked perfectly. The house was so clean and smelled amazing. Felt right at home. Very quiet neighborhood..
This is a great spot for two adults. Rooms are separated with doors so it's possible for one person to get up and one person to sleep in. The king bed was great. There is a roll out cot and plenty of space to set it up. We tried Streetcar Station Coffee while we were in town and enjoyed that as well.
They went all out when they desiged this little house. Its the perfect place for someone traveling. The bidet was a nice touch too! I kid you not, this is the place to stay if you are in the area.
The cottage was so nice and the hostess accommodated in great ways! We used it to travel to other towns but was easy to get to. Love the Route 66 decorating theme. All was so nice and accommodating. Will stay there again if we are up that way!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple. It’s a short drive to the Downstream Casino that was completely booked when we were attending a reunion. So it was a nice option for us.
This house is a wonderful space! Very clean, very well decorated, excellent stay. We were visiting family in Joplin, so this was also conveniently located for us. The hosts are excellent and we will stay here again in the future when we visit Joplin. Outstanding!

Perfect overnight stop on Rt 66. Was walkable to a restaurant. And I needed to do laundry and the laundry room was a plus. Also I loved the bidet(lol).

This was the best single home place we have ever stayed at!!! The house was clean and desirable to anyone that would want to stay in a house that has everything. It had a soft king bed, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer dryer, 2 50” TV’s and walkable to downtown entertainment. We were very pleased with this house and will stay again if we are in the area!!!
My son played in a baseball tournament in Joplin & I had to work during the week so this perfect one bedroom was a much more economical stay for us. The host went above & beyond to make us feel at home. Property was secure and clean. If we play up there again we’d stay here again.
We had a wedding in Welch Ok. I found your cute little place just 40 min from the venue. We enjoyed everything and it's such a cute, friendly little town. There was a fair of some sort happening while we were there. Good resteraunts and a Casey's so close to meet our needs. Thanks for such a great weekend.
We used this as a central location for our birthday getaway. We took day trips to Bella Vista/Bentonville AR and a couple other places. This was a perfect central location to come back to every night. Very clean so it was easy to relax. We ate at the cafe across from the train museum and the Streetcar Coffee shop. Both of which were very good. Hometown atmosphere like the good ol days. Also visited the old Texaco on Main St - pretty cool place.
Very nice house. For our needs for the weekend well. My only complaint is that the kitchen pots, pans, sheet pans, and cooking utensils were a little lacking. We made it work but if I had known ahead of time I would brought a sheet pan of my own. The house only had salt and pepper. No cooking oils or standard stock spices. We made it work and bought what we needed. Overall great house and would stay again if in the area.
My husband and I stayed at this super quaint cottage. It was perfect for us.
It had everything we needed, and exceptionally clean.
We will definitely rent again, when we come back.
