Wonderful host and relaxing stay!

Host was amazing and they worked with us needing last minute (12 hour) notice! Great location to beach and plenty of room for whole family! Kids spent hours in the pool too!

The location is good, and the sea view is beautiful. Pool is salt water and more like a dipping pool. When we arrived we had a few issues w cleanliness and the dishwasher and washing machines don’t work very well and needed cleaning. The staff were super responsive to fix anything that was required. The photos of living room look bigger than what they are. but overall there were enough bathrooms. One final note is that we didn’t have access to any beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons etc, as others have noted. We didn’t receive communication about these items either, so they may have been locked away somewhere and we missed it. If you’re staying for a week I suggest bringing more essentials (towels, TP, dish towels etc) .

The house and location was absolutely perfect!!!! Checked every box for us!!! The house was perfectly cleaned, well stocked, and had excellent comfort level! The pool was fantastic! Quick walk to the beach!! Loved every minute of our stay!!!

Stay was amazing!

My family and I had an awesome time. We have all adult children so it was nice to have our own pool, porches and bathrooms. The house was well stocked with supplies too. There was easy access to the beach and having beach chairs and umbrellas provided was a major plus!

Beach Week Getaway!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So we decided to go on the hottest week of the year ao far... feels like temps of 115 F! Still one of the best vacations ever! House was within walking distance from the beach and we could feel the breeze and listen to the waves and weather roll into the evenings. The home was exquisite! Very well stocked and lots of amenities on the property including bikes, games, fire pit and swimming pool items for the outside. For the interior, enough cooking utensils to not need to travel with everything but never needed anything because it was there. Plenty of space to allow the parents to have our own space and the 5 kids ro have their own area and privacy. And the area around the house... Cape San Blas... new favorite beach. Far enough away from tourist things... but close enough for an excursion. Will definitely come back and definitely use this or properties by this renter!Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!!!

Wonderful getaway...loved this place!

We had such a great stay at Sea View Place. They provide everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home. Not only did they provide toiletries, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc but they also have great beach supplies...chairs, bikes, beach cart, umbrellas...just to name a few things. It is in a great location close to the Trading Post and a very short walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor seating areas were a wonderful addition. I would definitely stay here again. Easy check in and great communication.

Perfect family vacation after Christmas!

Our stay at Sea View Place was absolutely wonderful! We had the best time with family. The house was very clean when we arrived, beautifully decorated and has comfortable beds. The sunsets from the porch were amazing. It’s just a short stroll to the beach where we enjoyed walks and bonfires. We enjoyed drives into Port St. Joe and Apalachicola for shopping and eating. The heated pool is a must if traveling during December. Worth every penny! We would definitely come back to Sea View Place any time of the year.

The house is the perfect location. Very close to the beach and it is an easy walk to the path that maybe takes 3-4 minutes. House was clean. We appreciated all the "extras" like shampoo and conditioner and soap in every bathroom. The supply of garbage bags was great too. The kitchen does lack some utensils (needs shrimp deveiner, more cookie sheets, etc)Ice machine could not keep up with our group. Definitely recommend picking up a bag of ice. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation Week of 5/17-5/24

The home was as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was some very small ants in the kitchen. Shame on me for not contacting management although I only noticed them the last 2 days.

Gorgeous home

Great location, beautifully appointed home with upgraded furnishings and kitchen supplies. Renters must be able to climb stairs. There are 40 stair steps between the entry and the living space.

Everything new and upscale

Great trip, great porches and a bathroom for every bedroom! Beach supplies were quality, I didn't even need to bring my own. Nice dishes and pots and pans, keurig coffee maker for one cup or a whole pot. Mattresses were all new and compfortable too. Nice area to wash sand off your feet and off your beach supplies. I have nothing negative to say about this new beach home!

The wi fi was in and out We’d., Thurs., and Fri. Went to check and the box was extremely hot so we unplugged to cool off. When we arrived the dishes were dirty in pantry and there was debris around sink-food. I’m not sure the cleaners are being thorough enough as there was black rings around faucet handles and shower door lip. There were also black spots that looked like droplets on floor which we cleaned. The ice maker didn’t start making ice until Thursday. These are all little items that we wanted to bring to you attention.As I said we loved the house and pool.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea View Place. We had a group that varied between 8-10 people and the house was plenty big enough for all of us. It was very clean and in excellent condition. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed using it every day. The house also comes with some beach supplies, so it isn’t really necessary to rent more. We appreciated the abundance of beach towels, too.A couple of items that need to be highlighted:The ice maker only makes a few cubes at a time. You will need to buy a bag of ice and keep it in the freezer ready for drinks and coolers. We purchased a few kitchen items and left them there for future renters (cheese grater, Keurig reusable coffee insert, some little items). All appliances were in good working order. FinallyThere are a total of forty (40!) stairs to get to the main floor. Luckily we had some strong folks who could carry coolers up this number of stairs. On the plus side, going up and down all these stairs multiple times a day kept us from gaining weight! The view also makes it worthwhile!

Great home for our family of 7. Plenty of beach gear. We really didn’t need to bring any chairs or toys. They have a closet full of items. They really do make it so easy.

Spring Break at Sea View Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea View Place was the perfect house for our family of 5 and another family of 4. The pictures and property description were 100% accurate. The house was exceptionally clean and included ample supplies of toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap as well as shower supplies + handsoap in all the bathrooms. The beds + pillows were comfortable and low maintenance, every bedroom was equipt with dressers & laundry baskets. If you stay in March/April - HEAT THE POOL, its worth the extra cost. The storage closet had everything we needed - bags, beach toys, beach chairs - you name it. The house is just steps from the beach (don't even need shoes) and the views from each balcony were amazing.Property management team was very responsive to all questions.My only recommendation to improve the house would be for them to stock Salt, Pepper & Olive Oil for cooking.I would recommend this property to others looking for a very quiet, low-key beach vacation with cooking at home. There are only a couple restaurants on the cape and a couple general stores.
