This large family (10-12 sleep) house is available from December thru mid January 2026. Whether you need to accommodate family from a far for a wedding or just need a venue centrally situated with lots to do for the kids. This house is ideal to just relax, sit on the huge patio and view the Stellenbosch mountains while the kids uses the slide & zip line into the pool. Close to wine farms, Tyger valley shopping center and all major routes. Very secure and private

What makes this property unique
Location makes us an ideal spot to travel to the winelands (5 minutes nearest wine farm) . We are also centrally situated to be able to travel West coast (25 minutes to Blouberg beach) or False Bay area 40 minutes to Strand/ Gordons bay. 40 minutes to Stellenbosch/ Paarl (wine lands). Close to N1 national road and large shopping center for all your needs. Also we are walking distance from "The Majick Forest " park, Door de Kraal dam and the 5 minutes from Tyger Berg nature reserve with views all over Cape Town towards Table mountain.
