Central location im Kendall! Minutes away from hospitals, shopping malls, and restaurants. Two bedrooms with 5 beds in total. One king size bed, two twin size beds and a portable twin bed. Free parking and WiFi. Three TVs (one for each bedroom and one in the living room). Washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen and furniture are new.

Apartment has a pool view as well (from terrace)

Cooking utensils, dishes, bed linens,
towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash are provided. Coffee machine in the apt, and you get complimentary water as well.

No smoking please.

The shopping in the area is fabulous. The apartment is in a great location. The apartment is in good condition and clean and is equipt with anything you could possibly need. The property manager is great, very helpful, responds quickly and is very accommodating. I stayed at this property for an extended stay and honestly have no complaints at all and would highly recommend. The property also felt very safe and secure which was a huge plus for me.
