A vintage 1940s lake home with timeless character, MY T Pine Acres sits on a gentle hill overlooking beautiful Silver Lake—a pristine, 40‑acre no‑wake lake tucked deep in Wisconsin’s Northwoods. Just 9 miles south of Minocqua and minutes from the Bearskin Trail in Hazelhurst, this peaceful getaway offers the perfect blend of nature, relaxation, and classic cabin comfort.

A Quiet Lake Setting Surrounded by Pines
Towering pine trees frame the property, creating a private, woodsy atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the wildlife—deer wandering through the yard, loons calling across the water at dusk, eagles soaring overhead, and ducks gliding along the shoreline. It’s the kind of place where mornings feel slow, evenings feel cozy, and nature is always close.

Silver Lake features a clear sand‑bottom swimming area and a natural grass shoreline. Guests can enjoy the sunshine from the large Otter Island swim raft or relax on one of two piers with a book, a fishing pole, or simply the quiet. Because the lake is no‑wake, you’ll never hear loud motorized watercraft—just the breeze, the birds, and the water.

The spacious master bedroom has been refreshed with rustic pine siding on the walls and features a king sized bed. The bedroom opens into a charming knotty‑pine sun porch with panoramic lake views. The porch also offers a full‑size bed for extra sleeping. The cozy second bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, and closet.The eat‑in kitchen retains its original handcrafted knotty‑pine cabinets and is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances. The charming living room—surrounded by windows facing the lake—refreshed with rustic pine siding and ceiling beams, includes comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa, two recliners and and a SMART TV.

Outdoor Spaces Made for Relaxing
Enjoy meals at the picnic area, fire up the charcoal grill, or gather around the lakeside fire pit as the sun sets. The lakefront, fire pit, piers, raft, and watercraft are shared with one additional on‑site rental, giving everyone plenty of space to enjoy the water.

The town road is an approved ATV route, offering easy access to the near by ATV trail system. Hiking, biking, fishing, paddling, and exploring the Minocqua area and beyond are all within easy reach.

Very quiet and cozy cabin in the woods. The cabin is quirky and obviously very vintage, but we love that sort of thing. The cabin is comfortable and spacious for four adults or even a couple more. The view of the lake is amazing and the fresh air is just what we needed. Very relaxing. I wish the weather would have cooperated a bit more so we could have campfire and go in the lake, but August weather in WI is always fickle. We made the best of it and explored the beautiful area.

Three separate bedroom areas, a large kitchen, and family room. Fishing was outstanding! Firepit area had a great overlook of Silver Lake. Deer walking through the property every day. Very friendly owners!

We had the most relaxing , beautiful weekend. My grandson fished the dock every morning and evening. We were out on the row boat daily. The bass are insane ti catch. Everything you could want ir need in our very spacious cabin. The loons are amazing. Thank you for giving us more than we expected

What a week!

Watching the wildlife, listening to loons, we saw some birds I haven’t seen in my lifetime. The water is so clear. Lots of windows in this cabin. It is a close drive into civilization, if you want to shop or eat. It was so quiet. The cabin itself is clean and comfortable. There were games, movies, and books but you will want to get outside and check out the lake! It was a great week away. We are heading home refreshed and relaxed!

Given the photos, we were expecting a more updated interior. It was definitely a vintage lake cottage; while it was basically clean, we probably would not opt to stay again in a property of this age, particularly given Covid. We were glad we brought our own bedding, uncertain about age, cleanliness of mattresses which were quite soft. We perhaps were not as aware as we should have been of the property we were renting.

There ARE fish in this private lake. We caught NICE Sized bass and northern pike.

Very nice. Son - in - law could not split firewood ... maybe wet? Hill a llittle steeper than the old man anticipated....but good steps and hand rail.

Peaceful get away

We loved staying in the Lakeside House. Norma provided lots of fun little touches and the house was very clean and well maintained. There were nice roads right around there for biking and it's just 3 miles to the Bearskin Trail.

Peaceful weekend away from Covid19 Hype!!!!

Very clean cabin on a very peaceful quiet lake! Owners are very nice and enjoyable to talk with! Had to evening meals of bluegills and crappies! Grandchildren had a blast! Enjoyed Spending time with our neighbors from Chicago area!!! Recommend if you’re looking for a quiet lake to just sit and relax with no masks!!!!! You can breathe in the fresh air and watch the loons and the bald eagles fly by!

Relaxing Vacation

Cute quiet cabin right on the lake. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Check in was easy, the cabin was clean and ready. They had the row boat, paddle boat, and canoe ready for us to go out on the lake. The location was just far enough away from town that you felt out there, but a quick drive if you forgot something at the store. We saw lots of wildlife including a porcupine! We will be back again.

My husband and I inherited this beautiful property from my mother. I grew up in Hazelhurst and was raised on the shores of Silver Lake. My husband and I recently moved back to Hazelhurst from southern Wisconsin and live on the property with our three dogs! The property has been in our family since my grandfather purchased in the 1940's.

What makes this property unique

Peaceful and relaxing! Swimming and fishing are awesome. We are on a quiet no wake lake with no public access.
