About this property

LakeView Landing - Stunning Views Overlooking Bay

Relax on the deck with an amazing view of 3 islands and sail boats in Big Arm Bay or take a short walk down to the beach or marina. The interior is remodeled and the yard is maturing. A mini-split for your heating & cooling needs will keep you comfortable as you enjoy the leather furniture with a view in a large living room. You will find a large dining table for meals or social games. We provide a well stocked kitchen with pots & pans and spices. The wi-fi is ample to run your devices and the 65` flat screen with Roku.The deck has a gas barbecue with all the tools needed for cooking. Enjoy a picnic table, rockers, and chairs. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. You may hear some dogs barking occasionally.

Although I do not have lake access from my property, Big Arm Marina is a short walk down the hill and 2 state parks with wonderful docks and swimming areas are both within a mile. Big Arm Boat Rental is just down the hill with a wide variety of toys and chartered boat rides to Wild Horse Island or for fishing trips.

We also have GlampCamp, a luxury camping tent, on the back of the property listed separately (or it can be reserved together for added space). The yard and privacy fence provide a good buffer. ClampCamp includes a queen memory foam bed, queen futon, small fridge, coffee maker, and deck with Blackstone grill for cooking. There is a private bathhouse with a toilet and shower. If you would like to have the use of both spaces, please let us know.
*The bathhouse has a washer & dryer available for both Lakeview Landing & GlampCamp to use for an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like to use the washer & dryer.

RV parking available, inquire for details.

You are 12 miles from a grocery store and there is no Uber available. If you would like meal packages, I can have the kitchen stocked for you to cook or have meals delivered from Polson restaurants. Please let me know your requests.

Great view, cozy place wish we could have stayed longer.

so close to the lake its got an amazing view and very nice beds we slept like a baby, everything was great definitely should pick up your grocery’s in Polson befor driving out nothing in big arm

The host was awesome, had to let him know there was a wasp nest and he came out right away and took care of it. The house was perfect for the four of us. Beautiful view and we saw wildlife (deers and bunnies) across the street is a boat rental place we did a kayak day!! It was a wonderful vacation

The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and charming (i think we found all of the little ducks). The views were amazing. We would definitely recommend if your looking to travel to Flathead and what things on the quieter side. Marty was an excellent host and made our stay more enjoyable with all of his recommendations. Palooza stay

We paddled at the Montana Canoe Club right down the road. The Lakeview Terrace was the perfect place to cool off and relax after our 30 mile paddle. We have stayed here twice. It is very clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend !

Coffee and dog relaxing vibes

Cute place with some really fun and thoughtful details. View is gorgeous and the little patio out back was perfect for drinking coffee while the dog hung out in the yard. Others in our group thought the beds were a bit firm when they sat on them, but they were nice memory foam that just took a second to fit you.

Beautiful View and Amazing Stay

We unfortunately only had one night in this beautiful location. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and the fenced yard for our chocolate lab was a huge bonus! Communication was great beds were comfy and we had more than we could ask for. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property.

I appreciated the cleanliness of this place. I also appreciated the fully furnished kitchen, which had nice utensils, and all the supplies to cook as if you were at home. Marty was a great host and was more than happy to meet our requests. He even went to Walmart to buy us a fan. It was so nice to know that we were taking care of.

We loved the view! Huge clean windows on the lake facing side. Also, great patio set up- picnic table, rocking chairs, grill with tools, and a meal prep stations were fabulous! House was clean, nicely decorated, comfy sofas, comfy beds, variety of games and puzzles. We did miss extra blankets (to snuggle outside in evening to keep enjoying the view) and maybe some plastic dishes for the children. But overall was great!

My Mother's memorial

My husband and I and two of our children stayed here and it was great. There were few choices near the Flathead Forevers location about two miles away, and I was happy to find this. I discovered the clothes steamer wasn't working and Marty had a new one at my doorstep within half an hour. i loved the unique wood features the house possessed. Even the pullout bed in the living room was comfortable, so we were all satisfied with the stay. Lovely view of the lake!

Beautiful view

My husband and I rented this place for a single night on a business trip. It was easy to find, surrounded by a quiet neighborhood and had a beautiful view out the living room window of the lake. We felt comfortable letting our dogs in the yard, as everything was secure. It had a nice big TV and a comfortable mattress in the main bedroom. Overall the place was nice, and the host outdid himself with being responsive and helpful. I’m very grateful and give 5 stars!

Beautiful interior, great view of lake

The neighborhood was unexpected, residential with few trees and lots of dogs, and the property was tucked behind a fence behind other houses. Inside, the property was clean, spacious, nicely appointed, with a beautiful view of Flathead Lake out the living room window. The kitchen had plenty of gear for cooking, and there were odds and ends of spices, supplies, etc. in the fridge and cupboards. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable (good mattresses!) There is a wood stove for cold weather, a big table for family-style eating, and comfy couches and chairs for relaxing. The host was pleasant and responsive by text and phone. Town of Big Arm is small but close to the property there's a casino that serves burgers and fries, and a private boat service (boatsrentalsandrides.com) that will take you to Wild Horse Island for walks and a picnic. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to others.

Owner provided everything you could think of to make your stay enjoyable. Fully fenced in yard was very good for me and my dog, Millie. Would stay there again. Owner very easy to work with.
