Directly on Lake Garda, on the edge of the Bay of Manerba: The apartments are located in a 30,000 sqm green area with direct access to the lake. The facility includes a spatially cleverly separated campsite with mobile homes. The municipality of Manerba consists of eight villages set amidst olive groves and vineyards. A picturesque shore zone, the small port of Porto Torchio and the beautiful long beaches make up the charm of the place. Not far, on a striking 216 meter high rock near Montinelle are the ruins of Rocca dei Manerba. From here you have a wonderful view over the south of Lake Garda and, with good visibility, even to Torbole in the north.
Activities nearby : The Brescian region stands for high mountains and rolling hills, medieval villages and lively small towns, long beaches and pretty harbours. Explore the region by following the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori del Garda. The approx. 70 wineries offer all kinds of culinary delights.

On arrival you will receive a remote control for adjusting heating or air conditioning & you will receive the code for wifi
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Some accommodations are suitable for people with reduced mobility and can be booked on request. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area. Additional parking space on site for a fee
