Great house with great hosts!

I would definitely stay here again. It was just like the pictures and really well appointed. You can tell Pat and Mary actually put thought into what you would want when you rent a house. It’s a kitchen you can actually use to make meals and feed everyone. They made everything super easy and were great hosts. Highly recommend!

About the host

Hosted by Pat Damiani

The four owners are either Tucson natives or long-time Tucson residents. Pat and Mary have operated another nearby short term vacation rental since 2020 that has all five star ratings. Based on our own travels we have tried to equip our home with everything that our guests might need - and then add a few extras without adding clutter. Pam and Derek have 3 children and are familiar with nearby family friendly activities and restaurants. We are available to help our guests make the most of their stay, but we'll also guard your privacy as well.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house right away. It's been recently remodeled with all new flooring, an updated kitchen and bathrooms and fresh paint. And the backyard is perfect for hanging out year round with the heated pool and desert landscaping. Then we furnished it with all brand new furniture and accessories.

What makes this property unique

This home is in a great location on a quiet cul-de-sac that is still close to shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities and other services. It is just the right size - plenty of room for our guests to spread out, but not so big that they will feel disconnected.
